2 gems, sd is used twice

I am going in circles. I have SD and 3 gemstones (blue, red, blue) and no idea what to do next...

Colored dice give the order (1 through 6) to push the colored buttons in the upper right room.

upps, red, blue and yellow gemstones...

There is a box in the room with the dice for the gems.
