Press the buttons on the remote while in the building view to change the lights. Pay attention to the configuration of the middle building's lights and you'll figure out that code.

Very confused...I don't want to take the answers from the spoilers above, but cannot see the letters or numbers from the buildings. I'm assuming the remote gives the answers for the thing in the trash, same scene.

And how do I press the remote "from left side of gas pump"? As suggested above? The remote only works on the buildings as far as I can tell.

I figured it out after watching w/t, just for the first part. Still don't see the letters, but it was a very cute game otherwise. Thank you VH!
