Lots of stones, kidney, bladder cancer Etc. Figured out where you are though.....Somewhere in the middle East. Would guess OMan or Bahrein or Emirates or Qatar or Dubai. One of the more progressive ones

Ladybug spot is not by the house left, but by the house right, and it's not on some plant, but on the mushroom...

Looking for spot to use magnifying glass.

POP - use on heart-shaped mirror for 5 colour clue

5-colour puzzle gives key to release bear. Out - game over way too quickly.
