Number hint is under floor tile
down-left of ring toilet.

Gives knife for mattress.

No real order for gems, unless
I fluked it on first try! lol.

at least just one room messed up and no hidden things there - water damages are red herrings - got out with sledge hammer in inventory - drawer w/o handles is a red herring too
