Trying to use a test tube on everything in sight. No luck yet.
test tube for owl to get blood, use blood on red worm...
Fill the test tube with blood in the second set of scenes, then use it on the orange worm.

If you have made many moves on the red button puzzle, back out and start again. It needs very few clicks (2 or 3 I think).

Joycy. Look at the paper carefully. Which numbers are the right way round.
@Val for the numbers, look at the position of each right written number.
The blue puzzle is best solved by making the right column all blue first, then the next one, etc.

4 x 4 turn buttons cyan puzzle needs 4 clicks.

The numbers are only correctly positioned once in each corner of the hint. The corner where each is correct is the corner of the puzzle where that number goes.

The 3 blue flowers are used in the opening scene for the last cat.

Robin, have you used the stone near the little birds? so 7 monsters moved...
Use sword on cobra heads -- almost home.
I got the snakes by chance before I realised the blue monsters were the clue.
