Hammer for all headlights, search and try everything

Missing one wrench, and one hammer/wrench circle thing, two cogs. No idea about the two word puzzles. Nothing in inventory except the key fob which does nothing when I press on buttons. So stuck.

for anyone else struggling at the point I was: the two words are where you need to go. Look at the good buttons on the fob to guide you.
