Games4King - G4K German Shepherd Dog Rescue Escape is another point and click escape game developed by Games 4 King. Mischievous kids locked the German shepherd dog in its kennel and challenges the watchman that if he can find the key to release the dog. The dog has herding duty, he must be there to protect the flock of sheep. He is barking, but the watchman is so confused, he don't know where they kept the key. The watchman is helpless. Can anybody help him by solving the puzzles and unlock kennel door? Good luck and have fun!

I have a key that doesn't work on the dog-bone house neither on the boat house?

that mysterious key fits on a CB inside the boat house

use magnifier on clock (there is no hint that you have to do so; it´s just the "use-everything-on-everything-method" - sorry g4k, but that will cost you 1 star in my rating
