Picked up a sneaky axe I didn't know about, gives key, use clue paper with color code on cross

Sneaky black something-or-other in a grass patch over the bones in cauldron scene. Use it on unlit torch left of pumpkin scarecrow in same scene for number clue.

Numbers for eye shapes on white skulls on gravestone. Gives a pumpkin and a candy corn.
