L/R clue is for the 2 skulls you place in the troll scene.

The axe from the troll breaks the ice cube that you get from the middle of the "high voltage" scene.
how could I miss the hat on troll (thx sugar) & almost the triangle roof above door in last scene...!
& that's the woman's name (thx Mary), I knew I know her (she's a detective, isn't she)

Yeah, the picture is very clearly the video game version or Angela Lansbury, who played Jessica Fletcher on Murder, She Wrote. There are quite a few Murder, She Wrote games out there, so I was hoping this was one of them! Sadly, it looks like the developers just lifted the image exactly from another game :(
Oh, yep, just looked it up. The picture is just stolen directly from "Murder, She Wrote 2: Return to Cabot Cove" by Legacy Games. They didn't even change the colour of her clothing or anything. That's disgraceful!
For the 3x3 grid, hold down mouse button to draw the shape. That is a new one.
One of the clues can be turned over in inventory
PIXEL HUNTS:
1) Troll has a tiny ax in the very beginning
