the 4color (hint from 1st scene) does not work for me, even tried reloading the game 2 more times from start.

? Where is that grey ball used?

poor game - too many childish easy colour puzzles; too much of "pick up items and place them"

(grey ball is used at the very end - last step; you have to find and place two bottles before the using point appears)
