You didn't see that candle, because it wasn't there, yet...
;-)

use shovel at the very bottom of the fountain (no hotspot) - candle appears only if all six sticks and the ice cubes are in their places - use hot water on frozen ice bear for final key

cant hammer or shovel ice in scene 1
