Start with the small stone, lower right. You have a few things to do in start scene (one leads to the other) before you get the key.

The opening sequence is very good. I got stuck much later on, trying to figure out the numbers from the sitting figure. Needed the video.

Cannot figure out what to do with the statues

The hardest part for me was figuring out that the symbols on the symbols (after using ladder and the fire to light it up) translate to letters for the door

poked a hole in fountain then piece stuck to pointer, red X

The numbers in the cage scene are 4 digits albeit they show as being only 3. First one is masquerading as an object...
