goggles do not work, can't get the right one to glow

If it's a single strand of seaweed, it goes in the scene with the ship in the background and the 3x4 pink star puzzle. If it's a clump of seaweed, it gets fed to one of the animals/sea creatures. Sorry, but I can't remember which one, but it's on
the bottom of one of the scenes - not a fish.
