Once you enter the bedroom, there's also a right scene. Almost missed that :)

Finally opened the grate.

Apple 7
Grapes = 5 + Apple (makes grapes 12)
Apple = 1 + 2 Bananas (makes 1 banana 3)

12+7+3=22

When a hotspot is still a hotspot, you still can take things there or do things there.
Like there's more than a cake in the fridge and you can use the broom under the table and you can take things from that table.

Top right of the dining room wall has a color match puzzle.

Banana = 4 BBB

Lol, in my game it says

1 apple = 1 + 2 bananas

and that's

7 = 1 + 2 bananas

and that's

7 = 1 + 2*3

I see now how you got your answer. We both ended up progressing anyway :) Nice sharing with you BBB!

got stuck then found colours on wall, had to zoom up for things out of fridge, apart from a little pixel hunt enjoyed game thanks FEG
