Walkthrough

CAUTION THIS IS AN ENTIRE WALKTHROUGH - IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR THE ANSWER FOR ONE SPECIFIC CLUE PLEASE USE CTRL + F TO SEARCH FOR A KEYWORD
Please note that you do not necessarily have to do these clues in the same order that I did. But some of the clues must be done before others.
Part-1
After the cab ride to the house you must open up your inventory (the bag on the left and side of your screen, click it once to show your inventory bar, this is where all clues you obtain will sit until used to solve part of a puzzle).
You must select the house keys first then click on the front door. Upon entering the house you are shown a back hall, a room to the left, and a room to the right.
In the room to the right you see a fish shaped cut out on a cabinet. If you turn around under the japanese room separator you will see a green totem. Pick him up.
In the dining room off of this room you will see a piece of paper on the dining room table. It has symbols next to North, South, East and West, respectively. You will need this Code Breaker later, write it down.
On the wall in the Dining room you see a painting with white shapes on colored background. This is a part of a puzzle. The code to answer it is in the hallway off the entranceway.
In the next room is the Kitchen, on the counter is a juicer, this is not important yet but will be soon. Exiting the Kitchen will take you to the hallway off the entranceway. On the wall is a painting of shapes in color. This is the code you need to answer the puzzle on the dining room wall: you must put the white shapes on the corresponding color background to open the door.
This reveals the Metal block. Put it in your inventory.
Off the entranceway hall is a bathroom, under the sink you will find Cleaning Supplies. Pick these up.
Upstairs you will find one locked door on the left, and an open door on the right. Go into this room, a Bedroom, turn around and open the drawer under the book. You can read the book if you like but it is not pertinent to the mystery. Take the necklace you got from the drawer, go back downstairs to the statue, place the necklace on the statue. This will open a hidden compartment in the wall to the left of the stairs. It is a key. Take the key back upstairs and open the locked door.
This reveals the Telescope room. Use the telescope to see the totems outside. They have animals printed on each one. This is a key to opening a secret door. Make sure you open the window before using the telescope. Turn back around and notice on the table to the right of the door a yellow submarine, pick this up.
Go to the room with the BookShelf. Notice on the bookshelf there are two totems and an empty space. Place the green totem in the empty space. Then turn the symbols on each totem until the picture matches the totems seen through the telescope. (This will open a secret door to a Sky Car, which will tell you that you need a mechanism to use it...you will collect that mechanism later), You will also notice a table with an apparatus on it, that will be used in the future.
Part-2
The next room is the Mirror room. Use the Cleaning supplies to clean the mirror, allowing light to come into the room, turn around and notice a Virgin Mary statue sitting on some sort of apparatus. With the light coming from the mirror, pull the left lever down to show the Virgin Mary in the circle, then use the slider on the left to Position the image until the black lines line up. Turn the left lever back up, and do the same for the right. If you did it correctly a door will drop and you can pick up the Faith Emblem. Exit and go to the double glass door at the top of the stairs. When you go through the doors you will see a compass with a bird. If you turn around and look above the door you will see symbols printed. These are the same symbols as the scrap of paper on the dining room table. Use that paper to decode the symbols above the door. Then enter the the Directions in the correct order on the Compass. (mine was : West, East,South, North, South). This opens a door to the secret garden visible below you on the patio. Go (through the room with the Lion, Turn around and pick up the sand fork from the sand garden, then you can continue on outside and enter the garden and see that you need Two Emblems (faith and love) to open that puzzle.
If you continue down you can see the pool, use the yellow submarine to retrieve the missing jewel in the lion's eye. If you take the path to the right you will come upon the docks, turn around and by the entranceway you can pick up a board. Go back towards the house/pool and notice that there is a barn with no handle. Use the sand fork that you picked up in the Lion Room. Inside the shed you find a Smelting place. Put the block of metal on the fish shape, watch it melt. Then click on the grippers to pick it up and dump it into the cold water bath, once the steam clears you can pick up the fish piece. Turn around to leave, and notice a saw. Use the saw to cut the board into pieces.
Go back into the Lion room and place the gem in the lions eye and receive a lever. Next we want to go back out to the main entrance way, and head outside. On the left you will see a tree with missing pieces. Use the board pieces and climb up to the tree house. Place the lever in the hole. Then pull the lever (this opens the door to the secret lab off the dock), now you want to climb back down. The Greenhouse door will tell you it is too rusted to open, you will open it soon.
Go back to the dock and climb down the ladder. You will see a set of three levers and blue triangles in each of the dials. You must put the arrows in the green section so that a light comes on. The light must come on for all three at once before you can press the white button on the right. I found that if you place the lever to the left about halfway down, the middle lever to about a ¼ from the bottom, and the right lever almost touching the bottom the lights all light up. You may have to move them a little bit to get them to line up. Press the white button and Seaweed will grow, collect a sample, pick up the oil can by the ladder, and make your way back to the dock.
Part-3
Head back into the house, go to the room with the fish, place the emblem, and retrieve the bicycle pedals.
Go back out the front door, use the oil can to enter the Greenhouse, and pick up the lemon.
Go upstairs to the Sky Car room, Place the Bicycle pedals in the sky car and ride across. On the left you will see flowers, under thorns you will see the Love Emblem, we will be coming back for this. Enter the Blue house, notice there is another Apparatus set up asking for a code, we will be back for this as well. PIck up the Crowbar before you leave. Head back to the sky car and back to the room with the Bookshelf.
Go outside to the Shed, and open the grate to the left of where the fish was made. This gives you clippers.
Go into the kitchen and put the lemon in the juicer.
Pick up the cup of juice. Proceed upstairs to the book shelf room, and head over to the apparatus on the table. Pour the lemon juice in and wait. A number will appear on the digital screen, write this number down (it is different each time you play). You will need this code soon.
Take the Sky car back across, and use the clippers to cut through the vines and get the Emblem. Go into the blue house, and up to the Apparatus. Enter the code you just wrote down and press the blue button to open the container, place the Seaweed into the container and press the green button, this will give you a vial of purple liquid. Return to the Sky car and ride it back to the Main house.
Now we want to go out to the Secret Garden with the Pillars. Place Love and Faith in the proper pillars and a secret ladder opens up. Climb the ladder to find a hidden Fountain. Place the purple liquid in the fountain. The plants come back to life and a box appears with a letter in it. Read the letter. Congratulations you have Solved the Mystery!
