The coloured dots are weird and need no clue. Check the colour of the first row. It's yellow. Now click 1 (for first row) and the yellow button on the right. Make sure both are small. Now click the first button on the row to make it yellow and repeat the entire thing. So click on 1 and yellow again and click the second button on the top row.
When the top row is filled in, go to the next row which is pink. Click on pink and 2 so they become small and fill in the row. Silly.

Place the bags/sacs in the beams of light after placing the light bulbs in the ceiling.
