You have the wrong walkthrough!
It looks like they fixed the walkthrough. (You can also scroll down below the game and see the correct walkthrough as well as click on the link here on EG24.)
Ha, G2M has probably read my comments about disliking dark games, and made it this time even darker! I couldn't find the four numbers, checked WT and learned that there are some black numbers on dark brown, but still couldn't read them, they are practically invisible for my eyes and monitor settings. And the lock puzzle was probably the easiest in the history of mankind.
I have 4 monitors. The numbers appear just fine on 3 of them, but on the last monitor they disappear. It's an old HP monitor. If I look at it straight on, I can't see the numbers. If I look at it from the side the numbers appear. Weird. Otherwise, it's a nice bright game on the other newer monitors.
The four numbers were almost impossible to find. Hint:
They are at the bottom of the scene with the pink and orange flowerpots.
Just read somewhere that some LED TV/monitors/laptops don't produce all the color shades possible. Typically the lost range is in the very dark colors. My 10 year old "value" Visio TV, which I use as a monitor, has this limitation. Most game makers avoid subtle shades of black.
It would be nice if the colors and darkness levels were consistent.
FWIW, I had not problem with colors. Very good game thanks.
