I have no dea what they are trying to say in the mirror.
ReplyDeleteThe 'H' is obviously the first letter of each word formed by the steamed window. What you have to do is to find the corresponding color of each word.
ReplyDeleteFor example, the first word formed is hour. Look for something in the room that represents hour and find what color it is. In this case the hour is the hour hand on the small clock on the toilet. Its color is green, therefore choose the green 'H.' And so on.
So it's green, red, yellow, and blue

ReplyDeletenvmd, the downward triangle can be viewd when you are seeing the inside of the basket, look in the upper right corner and click at the red triangle....but it is pointing behind the toilet, and I can't seem to get there....
ReplyDeleteI tried the combination from 200 to 300 and its not there.. you can find a brush with a + sign under the sink.. when you place the brushes on the cupboard you have to substract or add the numbers.. depends on the signs on the brushes..

ReplyDeletei accidently clicked on the ceiling when i was facing the mirror. there was an opening in the ceiling and a removable wooden stair. i'm not sure i have finished the game because the ending was all in japanese

ReplyDelete1. Take soap from dish.
2. Take picture from waste bin.
3. Plug in the toilet. [The plugs are on the left side of the toilet.]
4. Open toilet, press last button, notice it says triangle + triangle = circle.
5. Go to sink, turn on cold water. Use soap and water.
6. Use the soap on the hot water knob stuck in the tub. Take knob.
7. Put knob on sink, turn on hot water. Wait for mirror to steam up. When it's steamy it'll say H-our, H-ot, H-eart, and H-igh. You need to find the color that corresponds to the word. [In this case: green, red, yellow, blue.] Open the mirror. Take toothpaste, picture, and brushes. Also, on top of the mirror, take dentist mirror.
8. Click to the soap dish, use toothpaste on loose screw. Take razor.
9. Use razor to cut the ropes off the knobs. Turn on water. Click on the shower head. Notice the triangle, look at the number. So, triangle = whatever number it says.
10. Move to the toilet, take off the top, take blue toothbrush.
11. Click to the trash view, Click on top left corner [ red mark ] it says the second triangle number. Use the dentist mirror to see behind the toilet. Add both triangle numbers and you get the circle number for you door code.
12. Go back to mirror, open, and look at picture. It says the key to getting the square number. Arrange the brushes like in the picture and do the math. The answer is your square number.
13. Go back to toilet, open, click on the picture of the man. The picture goes into the toilet. Flush it.
14. Move to trash can view, triangle view [for looking behind the toilet.] On bottom left of toilet find the lightbulb.
15. Put the lightbulb in the lamp by the toilet. Open the curtain. Turn out lights, and look at curtain. It highlights the star number.
16. Put the numbers you found [Square, triangle, circle.]
17. Click to the ceiling and find a attic door.
18. Click the door and you're out. =]

If you don't turn on the light to look at the curtain, turn on the shower, and turn on the toilet thing, it won't work, even with the correct code.
I do have one question myself though. I've played this game several times because the first time I played, the code didn't make any sense. Only got out by trying random numbers for the toothbrush (square) part of the code. I understand you have to add and subtract numbers according to the toothbrush symbols, but can you make any sense of the first set. The second and third are included to show that most of the time it is straight forward math. The _ means no toothbrush. The | means purple brush with no symbol. The + and - are self explanitory.

The first one only works if you ignore the symbols (or start after the bar and wrap around) and add the 5 and 1 to get 6. The second and third work by ignoring the blank brush and reading the equation as is.
Am I mistaken in what I am supposed to do here?

ReplyDelete2 in shower 2 behind toilet. So 2+2=4 = circle number.
lamp shows a 7 on curtain so 7 = star number.
toothbrush cabinet is 5-3-1=1 so
1= square number.
symbols over door lock are square star circle which = 174.
But the door doesn't open. Have I missed something here?
Tried putting Dk Green Red Yellow Dk Blue but its not opening the cabinet?

Also, I notice that Laurenmarie does NOT tell you about finding the brushes. She doesn't tell you to find the yellow brush on the floor under the sink, and she doesn't tell you where to find the pink brush! WHERE is the pink brush! I found it before, but now I can't remember where it is and it's bothering me!!!!
ReplyDeleteNow I am totally frustrated, for ages I have been trying to get that mirror open and finally I did it, but what happens, I get cut of and had to start again and now I am back to square one arggggg, what did help which was not mentioned in the walkthrough I did something with the curtain and switched the light of hich jaydyerjayder mentioned and even without setting the code for the door it opened, but forgot what order, I give up.

The toothbrushes give the equation

So the square should equal 2
And the light from the lamp highlights 7, so star = 7.
