    ReplyDelete
  6. was it christmas escape by any chance lol

    ReplyDelete
  7. Used binoculairs but I only see a paper which I can't understand. (language barrier)

    ReplyDelete
  8. Maritjketje where did you use the red key?
I took a close look at the cellphone and it wants a phone number. I see no numbers anywhere

    ReplyDelete
  9. red key on view of balcony with house on background, click downwards

    binoculars on postbox on house.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Yes Izzie it was that game.. I recently finished it and came here.
I hope for this one we don't need the language it is done in

    ReplyDelete
  11. In view with house and sun click down to see a red chest. In same view click up and use binoculairs right from door.

    ReplyDelete
  12. ermm.... i cant read the paper in her post box??!!

    ReplyDelete
  13. good morning all!
    im stuck!

    ReplyDelete
  14. found a thumbtack or is it a nail under that "radio" looking box outside the glass doors of the balcony.
    still can't find binoculars

    ReplyDelete
  15. click down when you facing the sun for the box

    ReplyDelete
  16. myrie isn't that a screwdriver??

    ReplyDelete
  17. thanks catqueen05
and hello to you too butterfly

    ReplyDelete
  18. lol n there was me looking for a nail

    ReplyDelete
  19. @ myrie, isn't the screwdriver? Use it on top of pipe next to glass doors.

    ReplyDelete
  20. need something to go inside the pipe.

    ReplyDelete
  21. OOOHHH! LOL
it the screwdriver looked so small, ohh I do see it now
okay. Oh So that business card that I see with the binoculars has the phone number we need? right. so I see only squares, 7 squares..
does anyone get a number to call on that cellphone we found?

    any ideas

    ReplyDelete
  22. this is all to much for me for this time on a monday morning

    ReplyDelete
  23. i tried 000-0000... didn't work ;)

guess we need to open the safe for a cloth to clean the windows?

    ReplyDelete
  24. sweet, live game!

I've gotten screwdriver (used), key (used), binoculars, and cell phone. looks like you can read the house's mail with the binoculars, but it's in Japanese with what looks to ben all-zero 7-digit number.

    ReplyDelete
  25. ive been trying the numbers that are visable through the window but no luck

    ReplyDelete
  26. I've also been trying the calendar numbers for the safe and I can't open it. This is a tough one with the language barrier

    ReplyDelete
  27. yeah i tried the numbers 8 28 31 also. but it's too short for a phone number...
    kinda stuck...

    ReplyDelete
  28. i think i'll leave you guys to it japnanese is not my strong point.... good luck all x

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hi, long time player, 1st time poster. I bet this postcard/letter is important....but I don't get it !!

    ReplyDelete
  30. i really hope the japanese isn't needed to solve the game

    ReplyDelete
  31. there ARE 7 japanese signs under the 7 digit number...
but my japanese hasn't been what it should be hahah!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Tried to shout "Heeeelp !!" on the hole on the pipe ;-)
    No result !

    ReplyDelete
  33. darn...i really want to proceed pleaaassse! :D are there some japanese people here?

tried to search in google for another forum where this game is discussed but no luck...

    ReplyDelete
  34. Maybe we need an internet site with number interpretations.
    I am sooo stuck

    ReplyDelete
  35. Lonneke I am searching too and found nothing so far. I am looking anyway

    ReplyDelete
  36. the game is too new I think...and only posted here.

but the japanese can only be a clue because in Japan they also use numbers like we do isn't it? so the number for the cell-phone isn't on there I think...

    ReplyDelete
  37. where's shuchun when you need her? :)

    ReplyDelete
  38. this Japanese is rough. I even went to a Japanese number vocabulary site to do some translation, but it's still not very obvious. only some of the characters look like numbers; the others might be something else.

    ReplyDelete
  39. I found a website with Japanese number characters..
But I don't know what I am reading..
I wonder if I can post that site here.. let me try.. someone can look at the numbers too.
    http://sp.cis.iwate-u.ac.jp/sp/lessonj/doc/numbers.html

    ReplyDelete
  40. im coming later to look for a walkthrough... good luck to all

    ReplyDelete
  41. ok i'll have a look
didn't know that numbers are also signs...

    ReplyDelete
  42. myrie, there's nothing on that website that even comes close to what's in the game...

i guess we're stuck until a japanese player shows up :D

    ReplyDelete
  43. Lonneke
    I also don't know.
But I think that I am not seeing what should be on that card.
Those so called numbers cannot possibly be 7 squares..
    Does anyone see something else??

The squares would make no sense..
    So is everyone stuck?

    ReplyDelete
  44. I think the others left already...hmmmz...
    it just can't be squares...

did you notice the sun on the post-stamp? but I think that's not relevant...

    ReplyDelete
  45. arrrgh! this is frustrating.
    The Wikipedia "Japanese numerals"
shows me numbers but nothing at all resembles those square's representing a phone number on that business card..
There has to be another solution.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Lonneke,
I think it isn't supposed to be squares but it is what I see when I look at the business card. perhaps I am missing a language pack that should have loaded with this game or something.
    what do you see?

If everyone left I don't blame them.

    ReplyDelete
  47. i think it might be a postal code.. the japanese characters refer to some city, south zone and something else (I can't read all of them)

but we don't know their system

    ReplyDelete
  48. booh! this is frustrating!!!
we also need the 4-digit code for the closet...

and I really think we can search for something in the numbers you can see through the window..

    ReplyDelete
  49. anguan you also see squares huh?
yep! I wonder how we can get through this game.

Sharon, do you understand any of the number characters??
I really think my computer does not compute Japanese! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  50. I'm trying all those numbers Lonneke.. There has to be more clues..

    ReplyDelete
  51. no, i see squares too myrie...
it looks more like somekind of wingdings from Word :D
when you choose that in word you also get squares no matter what letter you're typing :D

NO WAAY! I can type chinese/japanese in Word! how cool :d I'm gonna try to find the right signs

    ReplyDelete
  52. I tried to click on the number characters that Wikipedia shows but I see squares when I put the cursor on them.. I hope someone who knows Japanese comes along.
    I am sooooo LOST

  99. Walkthrough:

    - go right, look under machine -> screwdriver
    - go right again. use screwdriver on pipe (upper left)
    - go right again. get cell-phone. click on football (it rolls away)
    - go two times right. get key from under plant
    - go left. Click down, you see a red box. Use key, get binoculairs
    - go up again so you see the house. Click up, use binoculairs on house (right from door) you see some japanese signs. You can’t solve the game if you can’t read japanese so someone solved the code: it’s a postal code -> 8111365
type it on the cell-phone. Click on the screen. You’re calling you’re neighbour.
    - go to the house-view. Click on towel on neck of the neighbour.
    - clean the Windows with the towel.
    - you see numbers inside. It’s a code for the closet outsider -> 1210
    - Open closet, find fishingrod. Put it in the pipe. Zoom out, click on key.
    - give key to neighbour and he saves you! Click on neighbour by door, click on door You’re out!

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  104. The guy with the towel looks like the "Can you hear me?" guy. lol. And he's on a cell phone. LOL. Ahh, I'm easily amused.

    ReplyDelete
  105. Actually, we are "in" and not "out" when we finish this one. Leaving the balcony (outside) and entering INto the building. :)

    ReplyDelete
  106. fun game, used a little hint! for the postal code, no way without knowing the language would i have solved that
