ReplyDeleteIn addition to the red ball and the knife I cheated and know you have 2 keys, a bottle of glue and a length of white tape and I'm pretty sure you don't get it all from the code box.
You can add the glue to the ball and I thought the white tape was from the BB court but playing the game for real I can't get it off.
I think this game is SNAFU...

ReplyDeletehi all. first time commenting ever. dont know if this helps...but i think..by looking at the clues that the password has something to do with the rio grande valley vipers. they are an nba developmental league team who wear red and black and they play at the dodge arena in hidalgo, texas. i tried typing in vipers but that didn't work and tried rgvvipers but that didnt work either. im not 100% sure if the password has anything to do with the vipers but from the clues i have gotten...it seems to fit

ReplyDeletePlease explain how to get the tape exactly. Clicking on it with or without knife does not make a difference :( I managed to get glue and glue ball on rope but the tape is a headache. Am I supposed to be able to zoom in on the tape on the floor? Because no matter where I click, it won't zoom in.

Code wouldn't work. Had to start over. If you close cabinet code don't work. Open cabinet, click paper, enter code, it flashes green and panel moves, get dam key and leave gym. Worst game I ever played.

help with glue please
ReplyDeleteFor the glue: click on jumping horse - the thing that you can zoom on in the gym. Look at the big chunk of wood/leather on top and click its bottom right corner. That will give you a different view. Then click with your knife in the middle and slowly it will cut a piece off and you'll find the glue.

locate where the cut is- the right hand strip is still on ground, there you can find the fissure.
click the baseline of the white strip, where you located the fissure. (a lot)
the tape lifts. click the tape a few times more- where it still bonds on ground. you'll get it in your inventory.

put ball to rope and tape on it.
click ball a few times to make it swing. It will crash the glass of 1. vitrine and a key is falling down.

The password is a reference to the name of the team in the movie, Dodgeball starring Vince Vaughn and Ben Stiller.

ReplyDeleteIn the gym near the key of the basketball court keep clicking above the two racquets on the white lines. it is really hard but if you keep clicking on the lines in the middle of the two raquets you will eventually pick up a piece of white tape. The tape will peel off and eventually land in your inventory but first you have to keep clicking at the pixels which is frustrating.
When you get to the close up of the gymnastic tommel horse you can get another view by pixel hunting again. on the bottom right corner of the top bar of the tommel horse there is a pixel that will take you to another view. Once in this view you will see a small crack where you use your knife to get some glue. You may have to zoom in to see the crack.
Once you have the glue stick in on the basketball and then stick in on the hanging rope in the other scene. Then add the tape to it. The basketball will break the window of the case and drop a key. The key opens the door to the next case. I don't know how somebody got the code but the code is "averagejoe" really dumb game....too much pixel hunting takes all the fun away.
To anyone who still going to give this game a go here's a website. Someone managed to solve it. Only make sure you go to the right hand side of the page and click on translate this page to english. It's a bad translation and from the stuff that I did understand it still didn't work for me so my guess is the games we've got are bugged but like i said for anyone still willing to pursue this game:

The list has the word 'Average" in it and there is a 'V' on the keypad.
The white ball has the Dodge logo on it = dodgeball.
Looking at the dodgeball the lines on the side appear to be pointing towards a dvd in a case with a ripped cover - a movie that has been around awhile = Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story(2004)and as Money4moon pointed out, the gym and the team were called Average Joe's (11 letters)= Average Joe.
Still, not much of a game. I'm sure I clicked every pixel on the BB court last night to get the tape...got it today though.

ReplyDelete1. Get knife from top of right cabinet.
2. Get red ball from pile of balls on the left of the gym.
3. When at pummel horse click on the lower right hand corner of the padding. It will then change to another angle looking from below the horse.
4. Use the knife to cut a square somewhere a little to the left of the middle of the padding.
5. In the basketball court click on the lower half of the white circle on the side facing you. Eventually when you hit the right spot a piece of the white tape will break off. Keep clicking the tape until it rolls off completely and it enters into your inventory.
6. In the view with the cabinets put glue onto the ball and then put the ball onto the rope. Then apply tape to the ball. Click the ball and it will break the glass of the left hand cabinet.
7. Take the key from the floor near the broken glass. Use the key on the right hand cabinet. In the cabinet you can view the average prices of teams. This helps you find the password.
8. Click on the code box and enter in the password which is: AVERAGEJOE! (Yeah, get the hint now?! Pretty vague huh?)
9. Grab the key from the box and go to the basketball court. Use the key on the door and you are out of this hell hole. Or did you just walk straight into a new one? Find out for yourself if you dare.

ReplyDelete- pick up knife from th top of the right cabinet
ReplyDelete- click left side of room to enter the basketball court
- click on the red ball behind the group of balls on the left of the room
- click the pommel horse
- zoom in on the bottom right hand side of the horse and click around the corner until you get an underview of the pommel horse
- use the knife to cut a rectangle on the underside of the horse between the 2 poles (start a little left of centre)
- keep clicking the knife until the hole is cut
- when hole is cut click until you get the glue
- go back to the bball court
- zoom in on the white line above the tennis rackets
- this may take awhile but click the line until it starts to raise up (click slightly to the right of where the rackets cross over)
- keep clicking the line until you have all of the tape
- go back to the room with the cabinets
- put glue on the ball
- put ball on rope to the left of the left cabinet
- put tape on ball and click ball, the cabinet glass will break and a key should now be on the floor in front of the cabinet, pick up the key
- use the key on the right cabinet and click on the paper
- click on the console above and inbetween the 2 cabinets
- the password is the name of the gym from the movie dodgeball which is “averagejoe”
- type in average joe on the console and part of the wall should open up, take the key
- go to bball court and use key on door and you’re out
