hi mimie, and welcome to a live game. you just check the time when things were posted and adjust the hour to your timezone (in my case, in the Eastern US, I subtract 6 hours). If it's the current time, jump right in. I'm starting now.

ReplyDeleteSo...thanks to everyone for helping with the pumpkins? Cause they're impossible. You can't solve them. I think everyone is lying when they say they did it and this game was easy, which explains why no one actually put the steps to solving them here... I don't mean to be rude, but really, how many people asked, and no one actually explained it step-by-step.
ReplyDeleteto find the HAL button, use the paper from under the candle stand.
ReplyDeletethe paper shows which corners, and which order to click the frame of the picture.
When the cat appears, look around the room.
DanManX, the pumpkin puzzle is similar to other puzzles you'll find in many of these games. There is no set answer, like there is no set answer for sliding puzzles. But I usually find these pretty easy because they are logical. Pressing one button turns on or off the the other buttons immediately next to it. A few random clicks can get you a pattern. Once you have a pattern, you can figure out which you need to click next.
ReplyDeleteIf it helps at all, one of the things I've noticed doing these is that they're easy to solve once you get all four corners, or all four middle pieces, or a + sign or a square.
Once you have a pattern, then click in a pattern. For example, if you click a corner, then click the other 3 corners. If you click a middle piece, then click the other 3 middle pieces. If you click the very middle, then click the 4 middle pieces, or the 4 corners too.

ReplyDeleteI just went back to replay, and wrote down my clicks.
Looking at the pumpkins like it's a number pad, it starts with 2 & 9 already lit. My random clicks were: 7 3 2 5 3 7 5 8 7 2 5 8 4
which gave me a pattern, 1 4 6 & 9 lit
so I clicked 3 7
which gave a top and bottom line ( 1 2 3 7 8 9 lit)
then I clicked 5 2 8, which created the + sign. From there, clicking all 4 dark corners finished the puzzle.
It's not the quickest route for sure, but it should work for you if you'd like to try it.

okay, I just went back again, after looking at my notes (I realized that any two clicks I made cancelled each other out, so I eliminated all the 'unneccessary' clicks)

click 1 2 4 7 8 9 and it should be solved!
i love it when i don't need the walk through! easy one.... i rarely find that.
ReplyDeletedanmanx, how do you explain that puzzle? trial and error is how, learn what button effects the board how, and keep at the trying til you solve it a little spatial logic helps too....

ReplyDeleteUnder Candle stand get a piece of paper with a diagram on.
Go to Picture with an orange moon and blue background.
Use diagram pattern to click on the inside of the picture frame.
Click the corners as on the diagram.
A cat will appear inside moon.
Look at Skull on stool the eyes have lit up red.
On the wall next to the brown fridge a circle with an oblong shape has appeared.
Click on oblong to open it and inside drawer , is the first circle disc.
The disc has the letter 'HAL'
This is the first disc which fitts in the door code.
Next go to the brown fridge.
To open the top part of the fridge you need a code.
Go to the window and count the number of bats, ghosts and blue rain drop/bulb.
Go back to fridge
Enter the numbers as follows:-
3 bats
6 Ghosts
2 Blue rain drops/bulbs
Click on handle to pull open
You get another disc 'low' place next to 'Hal' on door.
Now solve the pumpkins on bottom of the brown fridge door.
You need to light up all the pumpkins ( see previous help messages for this).
The open the fridge door by clicking to pull and get final dis with the letter 'een'.
Place this in the last slot on exit door.
This should spell out 'Haloween'
You can now escape room
Happy Halloween you are out!!!
