  1. Now stuck again, I cant translate the book...

    ReplyDelete
  2. Is there more or less or no difference in the cheating of clicking 'forward' as opposed to waiting for someone to say how to do it?
    No opinion... just wondering...

    ReplyDelete
  3. @victorian , can you help a little more.
    sooooo stuck

    ReplyDelete
  4. i know the dartboard code, anyone want it?

  8. Hedwig: Look closely at each painting and look at each of their 2nd character. It will help if you "draw" the characters from your sheet of paper. The sheet of paper pretty much state the order of the painting you need to click. So once you figure out which painting's 2nd character matches your sheet then you can click them in that order and the last one will open a door for you.

Or I can just give you the code LOL

    ReplyDelete
  9. Yes, I want the code please. Miss I agree. Whats the differnce? Like asking for code is that cheating?

    ReplyDelete
  10. anybody found a use for the lighter??

    ReplyDelete
  11. I was wondering... Sometimes the cursor turns into a hand and it means nothing (so far, at least), and sometimes the cursor is not a hand but you can pick things up (like the keys, for instance). Is this random, a bug or intentional?

    ReplyDelete
  12. pff stupid game.. okay okay, i cheated too, but now im stuck again so i'm gonna.... give up.. My daughters naptime is over anyway..
    bye everyone and gl!

    ReplyDelete
  13. Hey, I only forwarded once at the paintings..Figured dartboard code on my own..As a matter of fact I never tried to forward again..If you can do that though, I agree thats cheating through the whole game,,(no fun in that)..I am stuck with the cards and zodiac chart clock thingy

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  19. Well some people enjoy the challenge of figuring it out on their own :)

The order to click the painting is (assuming the leftmost is 1 and the rightmost is 9): 6 4 8 9 1 7 (there are 9 paintings, 3 in each scene)

    ReplyDelete
  29. Just went shopping and yes!!!!!!!! and BIG THANX to Victorian for the code!!!!!
Tried b4 to check scroll and characters, but to me they all looked different.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Working it out together is not the same as hitting forward- if that was the case, I'd just hit forward at the start of every game and then say- hey I'm out!!
Have dart board code if anyone wants it- in the room with cards-

    ReplyDelete
  31. OK, now I am at dartboard. But I don't play darts, so I don't know how to figure out the code... I think I'll start crying... :(((

  58. Huh? What zodiac thing you guys speak of? LOL I'm stuck in the last room...

    ReplyDelete
  59. Fem21, I done what Meme said, just click one symbol move at a time and then click green rectangle to see if its correct...when correct it opens automatically..

    ReplyDelete
  60. feline, look at the numbers around the board. the little sqaures in the middle means triple the points, the little squares next to the number mean double the points. the normal big squares stay as the numbers are. and at last the bulls eye (the middle one) means 50 points. dunno if i could explain it correctly. if nothing helps i can write down the number

    ReplyDelete
  61. Feminin21, there's a green button to bottom right side when you're looking at zodiac wheel. Click the top zodiac symbol, then green button, then top symbol, then green button and so on, ntil the wheel opens.

    ReplyDelete
  62. victorian221b- did you put the drink in the gold cup?

    ReplyDelete
  109. 2004/2/22
A week from now will be her birthday, I want to celebrate her birthday, but the roster/name list of our group needs to be protected, placed in the safe, but what should the password be? (I tried to use the birthday hint but not getting it)

    2007/4/7
Lately the Houston Rockets are playing well, at this rate they will eventually pass Utah Jazz at the 4th place, they will have a post-season advantage.

    2007/4/9
I just closed a great business deal, need to take a vacation, I haven't been travelling in a long time, maybe I should leave the country, where should I go, Paris? Hawaii? Let me think about this carefully.

    2007/6/9
Our group is getting bigger and stronger, I need to receive more intelligent people, I want to make a great sale.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Thanks niff, Hope to see you all in next game

    ReplyDelete
  111. wouldnt be bad if esape games would be real huh? put feline in a mansion with riddles for escape you have thought out before, and close the door, and feline is happy

    ReplyDelete
  112. Niff: OH! Leap year! *slap forehead*

    ReplyDelete
  113. i'm out (i think), i had the same screen as in the beginning, but clicked the wrong thing and started all over with just the keys

    ReplyDelete
  114. Hey Tosca, good to see you...I think Im gonna figure this diary code out myself..I right clicked forward at the paintings (one time cheat only) for me..Oh wait, I need some clues for this one though..lol

Anyone translate the words for diary to know how to use these dates..???

    ReplyDelete
  115. Lol Noa, so I´ll keep my diary far from you!!!

    ReplyDelete
  116. Thank You niff, and everybody else helping my poor brain :o)
was a good one (apart from the chinese characters...), c u all on the nxt 1

    ReplyDelete
  117. yeah got it!
The safe made me crazy the code is 20040229

    ReplyDelete
  118. feline: basically the whole story for the game is to find the name list of the gang this supposed detective is looking for...and you were the detective LOL

I feel the same way with the Japanese games...lol

    ReplyDelete
  119. thanks a lot victorian, will you join us for other chinese games? it will come in handy if anyone can translate...

    ReplyDelete
  120. Oops forgot to refresh.

    Thnx for the help everybody!
See you all the next game.

    ReplyDelete
  121. thinks niff. bad ending, but was fun. most importantly, i did it without cheating :P

    ReplyDelete
  122. Vb just look at the 2nd characters on the paintings and match them with ones on the note- click the painting in that order
    Thanks victorian221b for that one!!

    ReplyDelete
  123. bey everybody, thanks for the help!

    ReplyDelete
  124. Ooooppps sorry, didnt refresh...Thanks Niff for last code...Thanks for translation Victorian221b...
That was a dissappointing ending for all the work involved...It was a fun and challenging game even if we had to cheat once...Fun playing with yall..

    ReplyDelete
  125. I've read what Victorian has said, but the characters on the scroll don't match the second ones on the painting (even with a 150% zoom).

    ReplyDelete
  126. Jinno, lol! And I have thought of that already! To make a live action escape game, like in RPG games! Wouldn't it be nice?!

    ReplyDelete
  127. Hil if it's Chinese sure LOL But if it's Japanese then I'm with you...Japanese and Chinese are very different languages, even though they do have Chinese characters and I have to rely on those but most of the time doesn't help.

I've been a long time escape gamer but I hardly ever catch a live game...I didn't think this one was even live until I got stuck and tried to find help LOL

And thanks for the help too from niff and amourni...and anyone that I missed...see you guys in the next one!

    ReplyDelete
  128. We should arrange a Escape Gamers Meeting!

    ReplyDelete
  129. Pascale: it's a bit tricky because the ones on the paintings are scrunched up and hard to see, so I'd suggest you just take the code provided already :)

    ReplyDelete
  130. @victorian221b, I don't want to be a detective with that moustache!

    ReplyDelete
  131. Pascale, I looked at them too and also got 6,4,8,9,1,7- I don't think they look excatly though!! but I think that's just my untrained eye!!

    ReplyDelete
  132. im not sure about it feline. after watching saw I - V, i got my doubts, XD

    ReplyDelete
  133. Are you guys still here??? LOL

    ReplyDelete
  134. Hercule Poirot, perhaps?

    ReplyDelete
  135. I'm back. The 20040229 code doesn't work for me. Still trying to decipher diary to see if my code is different.

    ReplyDelete
  136. feline, yea he was kind of ugly XD

they should probably make an mmorpg for escape games XDd

    ReplyDelete
  137. Ok, so I made it through to the room after you put the flowers in and now Im stuck with the safe code? Help?

    ReplyDelete
  138. @a the codes should be the same in all games. worked for all who escaped. maybe you did something wrong. try it again

    ReplyDelete
  139. Jinno, come on! It would be great! Think of the excitement! The thrill of escaping! Woo-hoo! I'd probably be left behind, but that's OK!

    ReplyDelete
  140. Feline, intead of a mustache, how about just some whiskers?? LOL Hey!! good to see you again.

    ReplyDelete
  141. and the pain?? whats with the pain???

    ReplyDelete
  142. @victorian221b, what does the "mmo" in "mmorpg" stand for?

    ReplyDelete
  143. hey are you all waiting for a new game, too??

    ReplyDelete
  144. I guess I'm out? Just a picture of a guy with his hand on his chin?? Disappointing after all that work!

    ReplyDelete
  145. maybe I am doing something wrong. Put in code hit handle on safe but it won't open.

    ReplyDelete
  146. MultiMediaOnline-RPG, feline. like world of warcraft, if you know about it. wouldnt be a bad idea though.

    ReplyDelete
  147. Dejavu: it just says you found the name list of the gang members lol

    ReplyDelete
  148. oh when I had top scroll highlighted it opened for some reason. Yea Im free!

    ReplyDelete
  149. a: did you click the green button with the Chinese characters on the bottom right?

    ReplyDelete
  150. I think the idea sounds great Jinno. I wouldn't have a clue as to how to make a game though.

Said-- I don't think I hit the handle, just the green button (square) on bottom right and the door opened.

    ReplyDelete
  151. Dejavu, hi! No moustache and no whiskers, thanks! My cats have plenty of those!

Jinno, what pain? Maybe if we couldn't find a screwdriver? Nooo!!! That would be painful! Lol!

    ReplyDelete
  152. I still say if room escapers ran the UN there would be world peace. Thanks for all the help.

    ReplyDelete
  153. TY Victorian. I am still disappointed in the end but at least I'm out!! LOL and I only stole the last code and that silly picture code from the notes amanaged the rest on my own. Didn't realize the game was still live!! LOL Now just waiting to see if a new one pops up.

    ReplyDelete
  154. Jinno, a Live Action Game is not online, but for real! Imagine playing an escape game, but for real, having to really escape some place! That would be great!

    ReplyDelete
  155. LOL @ Feline. There better be a screwdriver....and a hammer too!! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  156. That would be cool Feline but how would we get us all together in one place? We are literally spead out around the world! How about a castle in Ireland. I always wanted to go there! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  157. Have you watched the SAW-movies, feline? Its some sort of live action escape movie. the ones who escaped are still living. the ones who did not are dead.. seems like i like this movie because of its similarity to escape games

    ReplyDelete
  158. Dejavu, do you like my idea? Let's write all escape games sites and ask them for support! Lte's make a live action escape game! I go for sure!

    ReplyDelete
  159. Jinno, I've seen all of them. Awesome movies but I don't want to try that game!!! Way too scary. and the possibility of death is not appealing either.LOL
You are right though. These games are probably part of the reason I liked those movies. The last one I figured out before the 1st person in the movie died!!

    ReplyDelete
  160. Love the idea Feline but unless it is in driving distance from me in NC I wouldnt be able to afford the air fare!! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  161. Jinno, yes, I watched some Saw movies, but in them a lunatic wanted to torture and kill people. I'm not that sadist! I think of a different story line, mild.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Dejavu, I would gladly give my savings account away, if it is for a really good live action escape game! Thrilling!

    ReplyDelete
  163. Well it is 10:00 and I'm still in my pj's so I'm going to get in the shower and get dressed and I'll stop back here when I'm done to see if there is another game up yet.

Enjoy your day everyone...or your evening depending on where you are!! ♥

    ReplyDelete
  164. If I had a savings account left Feline...so would I. Unfortunately with being out of work so long the savings is gone! see you later!

    ReplyDelete
  165. you wont belive me, but in the second movie of SAW (i think it was the second) I jumped up shouted "no you idiot, look behind the drawer.. there is the key..."
was looking really dumb there :?

    ReplyDelete
  166. Let's start making a live action escape game one screwdriver at a time XD

    Later all~

    ReplyDelete
  167. seems like there wont be a new game post. ill look later again. cyou later

    ReplyDelete
  168. See you later, folks! Think about my idea! :)

    ReplyDelete
  169. is this still live???? 377 comments kinda scares me...

    ReplyDelete
  170. feline!!! don't leave me!!!

    ReplyDelete
  171. i've been reading some of your "live action game" discussion. I like it!
    is this game any good???

    ReplyDelete
  172. @zoz, what about arranging a Escape Gamers Meeting and playing a Live Action Escape Game?

    ReplyDelete
  173. A Live Action Game is one that you play for real, so a live action escape game would be us having to really escape some place. Wouldn't it be great?!

    ReplyDelete
  174. I even thought of some storylines for it. Spreading lots of screwdrivers around, of course! Lol!

    ReplyDelete
  175. lol, I was thinking about writing a "day in the life of an escape gamer" but nobody would get it but us!

    ReplyDelete
  176. ooooh, multiple screwdrivers! Now there's a great idea! @Claudia, are you listening?

    ReplyDelete
  177. This game has a major language barrier problem, but we got to escape (after much translation helps).

    ReplyDelete
  178. Yes, @zoz, call for Claudia! You and she have a special relationship! Claudia, Claudia, where are you?!

    ReplyDelete
  179. I'm thinking I might just wait and try to catch a live one. It's not much fun playing these with the language barrier alone, cuz i usually just end up reading all the commentary.
    i did catch a new find the number game...whopee :{

    ReplyDelete
