I'm completely stumped, even after MegiPoland's direction. I thought, Kewl, I'll just answer the riddle in the URL, but only got nowhere.

I had understood the game hint, but like I said, following hints is nice when we know the language. I can speak English quite well, but it's not my native language, so I don't usually use international sites in English.
