Code for box on painting. Gives key for locked cupboard.

A detailed walkthrough just in case someone gets stuck

Click the left cushion to raise it
Now click it again to find the man underneath (1) (thanks for noting this, ff!)
Click the right chair cushion and get a white man
Back up using the bar at the bottom of the game screen
Zoom in on the pictures
Click the bottom right corner of the upper left picture (by the way, you’ll see the room in this picture at the end of the game) -- get man (2)
Hmm…there’s a partial number on this picture
Click the other corners of the picture and see a code
Back up
Turn left
Zoom in on the green cans on the shelf -- note that one man on the labels is different and solid green
Click that man (left can of the middle row) (3)
Back up
Note the bowls
Zoom in on the box on the cabinet
See a place for a 4-digit code
Use the code from the picture

Click the lid of the box and get the key

Zoom in on the doors of the cabinet
Open the right one and get the paper
Look at the paper in the about item view (click the paper in your inventory and the about item button to see this view)
Click the paper to unroll it and see it has a man outline ready to cut
The middle cabinet doors are locked -- use the key
Zoom in on the paint cans
Note the cans have color numbers on them
Dip the white man in your inventory in the green paint to make him green (4)
Back up and turn left
Click the floor near the bottom of the screen
Click the raised black tile and get the man (5) (thanks for noting this, David)
Back up
Note the panel next to the door has room for 10 men -- half way there!
Click the door handle to zoom in
Click it again to shake the door -- get the man that appears over the handle (6)
Back up
Zoom in on the shelf in the corner
Move the apple and get the man (7)
Get the bottle of sake
Note the rings
Back up and turn left
Zoom in on the panel on the wall
Note the word red
Enter the numbers from the red paint can

Get the scissors and man (8) from the door that says red
Look at the green paper in your inventory in the about item view
Use the scissors and get man (9)
Turn 2 times
Zoom in on the bowls on the shelf
Look at the sake bottle in the about item view
Remove the lid covering and the lid
Close the view and use the open bottle on the bowls
Get the last man from the right bowl (10)
Back up and turn left
Zoom in on the panel by the door and then click it
Zoom in on the door and click the handle
Congratulations! You’re married!
