ok, this is either a very buggy or a very stupid game... a safe is still closed and needs a second code we haven't found, we have a CD/DVD which can't be used in neither of the two players, and a pink key which directly opens the exit?

I didn't use the pink key on the safe under the table, just the aquarium code, and when I opened the pink safe, I got the pink key without opening the inner grey safe. I wish the makers would test their games before posting!

Use the "light puzzle" to get into the safe under the sofa, then get another cd. Insert red cd first, then the other. After that you see a code in tv(cat). Type the code under the pink safe and use the golden key. Get the pink key and your out.

ReplyDeletewish i knew. i tried for a good long while to figure out that light puzzle, and failed... i just know its not 2351 or 1532 (backwards).
eventually i gave up, i think everyones left anyways since weve already seen the ending (due to the bug). i dont think anyones managed to solve this game yet though without the bug, or at the very least, we have yet to get a post here telling us how to interpret the light puzzle and get the red cd.

but now that i got it, after an entire day passed, i feel like a genius lol. the answer is so obvious once you realize it, i was basically facepalming at the end rofl.
hint: the colors are NOT what you are after!
im not sure anyone still cares about this game anymore though, since no ones posted lately, but if someone needs further help with the light puzzle, let me know, ill check this page once in a while.
anyways, i can confirm this game is NOT bugged now :P

ReplyDeleteok here is the big spoiler to the hardest puzzle in the game:
when you look at the light puzzle, you will see 4 columns of lights, each with a different number of lights lit:
1st column: 2 lights lit
2nd column: 3 lights lit
3rd column: 5 lights lit
4th column: 1 light lit
the most obvious way to interpret this "code" would be: 2351... but the game is far trickier than that! and that is why we were stuck, we were not able to solve that puzzle properly! we only were able to bypass it before because of the pink key bug, but that has been fixed now.
so what is the correct soloution for the lights? well, instead of looking at the colors, look at the WHITE lights above the colored lights! this gives you a totally new code of: 0224
i couldnt believe my eyes when that code actually worked on the safe under the couch! this is definitely 1 of the hardest gamershood games ive seen, because that light puzzle is tricky!
...anyways, once you enter 0224 and open the second safe, you get a red CD, put that into the left dvd player, and a cat will appear on the tv. only after doing this, can you put your orange cd into the right dvd player. when both cds are in, the cat will show you a 5 digit code. enter that into the pink safe, then use the key with the proper code entered and you open it to get the pink key, the proper way, without the bug!

Get the small light colored dot near the top the light brown grass-like sticks – an acorn
Back up to the main view
Click just under the dark thing on the back wall where the light is reflecting
Note the code on the aquarium (the code changes each game)
Back up again
Click the white line you can see near the upper left corner of the screen – note the pink safe
Back up
Click under the chair with the orange pillow – note the second safe and the hint to follow the lights
Back up
Click the bottom left corner of the screen
Click the bright orange squirrel – he wants a nut
Give him the acorn
Get the gold key
Back up
Click the bottom of the screen just below the coffee table
Note the crystals

Click the handle to open the safe and get the red DVD
Back up to the main view
Click inside the box near the bottom right corner of the screen to see into the dining room
Click under the table and see the third safe
Enter the code from the aquarium (the code goes in to the right of the handle)
Click the handle and get the orange DVD
Back up 2 times and click inside the box on the left side of the screen
Zoom on the electronic thing on the small shelf under the TV (below the vases)
Use the red DVD
Back up to see the kitty (awwwww!). If you watch the kitty, you'll see she is trying to show you a number, but you can't read it yet
Now, zoom in on the same shelf, but at the very right edge of the shelf
Use the orange DVD in this player
Back up and click on the TV
The kitty shows you the code (changes each game)
Back up
Click the small like in the upper left corner of the screen to see the pink safe
Enter the kitty code into the brownish box just under the safe and then use the gold key on the safe door
Get the pink key
Back up
Zoom on the door in the back corner of this room
Use the pink key and escape!
