ReplyDeletezoom spots are probably red herrings, many games (though not ALL) have pointless zoom points just to trick the player.
ReplyDeleteas for the letter, i skimmed through it looking for colors or numbers and didnt find any besides the page numbers. the codes on the wall just plain dont make sense to me, and page 10 says to google the title of the book but that hasnt given me any leads either.
just so i understand you all, are you saying that 10 page letter is in japanese? coz mine's in english

I've been doing the letters counting and I might be wrong, but I think the author miscounted some of the letters; I've found... one, five, sia, nina (???) lol.
Click the screwdriver to start the game
ReplyDeleteZoom in on the top of the chest -- note it needs a 4 number code
While zoomed in, get the gray metal piece from the top
Back up
Click the top drawer’s knob
Get the metal hand
While in the drawer, use the metal piece on the square in the bottom right corner of the drawer back -- get the lighter
Back up
Note all the other drawers are locked
Click next to the bottom of the dresser on the left side -- note the green diagonal circles
Back up and turn right
Zoom in on the plant pot -- note the 2 vertical circles with a space in the middle
Back up and turn right
Note the robot tree thing
Place the pincer hand on the end of its outstretched arm
It will pull loose the screwdriver
Take it from the thing’s head
Note the circles on the wall can change colors, but you don’t have all of the clues yet
Turn right
Use the screwdriver on the panel over the ladder
Get the notes
You can read them by clicking them in your inventory box, but don’t bother quite yet
Zoom in on the window
Click the red line on top of the horizontal part of the frame in the upper pane second from the right -- it’s dynamite
Back up
Zoom under the shelf to see lots of math equations
The columns of numbers are separate numbers. So this is tied to our 4 number code for the chest.
Turn right and enter the numbers on the front of the chest
Once you have entered the numbers, the chest will open and you can get a gray key
Thanks to Henrique, we can solve the clue!

Use the key on the second drawer of the chest
Get the blue key and note the last circle hint -- white vertical
Back up
Turn 2 times
Place the dynamite under the chest here
Use the lighter to blow it up so you can see the rest of the circles
You can now solve the color code based on the colored circles you found
The orange in the center does not change
Top row SPOILERGPGSPOILER *G = bright green

The center will open and you can get the brown key
Turn 2 times
Use the blue key on the third drawer and see a gray and black box
Use the brown key on the right side of the black door of the box to open it
Get the orange key
Back up and use the new key on the bottom drawer to escape through the small door!
Solution
The numbers in each equation mark the page, line, and number in the pages that you found. For example 1+1=11 means page 1, line 1, letter 11, which is o. Do them all for the first column, and you get one.
