Great Job, @kitkatfox.
ReplyDeleteI thought about making a picturethrough because people kept on asking questions and @Edgar isn't around at the moment. But a written walkthrough has, in some way, more style. And you can just look up the number you want instead of seeing the whole picture at once.
Funny in a way, You teached me how to make links to a picture but never uses it yourself. I can see why, it's more sophisticated and probably lasts longer than a picturethrough.
Anyway, Love to see how you keep on making walkthroughs. Especially for the games that are long and boring to describe like the Super Sneaky Spy ones.
I said it before, but just wanted to say it again; You're really the queen of walkthroughs.
lol snake. I know how to post links because of work, but I don't know how to make a picture through!
ReplyDeleteI figure I have to make a printscreen and alter it in something like paint or open office's presentation? (Those the only drawing type programs I have on my laptop). And then what? Save it and upload it to something like photobucket?
Anyway, I figure it is good to have a copy here on EG24 so it doesn't get erased. But maybe Yalcin can copy the pictures to his site? I'm not sure.
@kitkatfox, I use this site, very easy to use;
ReplyDeletehttp://load.imageshack.us/
And they say it's for ever and ever.
And I noticed (looking at recent comments) you're into spot the difference games now, well there are lots of them. I can post some sites but they're easy to find using Google.
@kitkatfox
ReplyDeleteI think it is great to have a written walkthrough for these games as well if the links to the pictures eventually disappears, and I admire you for doing them!
Edgar told me about this program, PhotoScape, that both takes screen shots and have edit functions. After you save the picture, create a link using for example TinyPic program. It is also possible to use other programs (search on google) for screen shots, save the picture in for example paint, and then use TinyPic.
@SneakSnake I like the find the numbers/alphabet games (although I am beginning to feel like I am drowning in them).
ReplyDeleteI play spot the difference games on and off, but usually only when there aren't escape games to play. And ones like Peppy's just make me mad.
Of course I had to check out the site from SneakSnake, and it turns out that imageshack is much better than TinyPic. Thank you @SneakSnake!
ReplyDeleteHi all, back home now and a little late to make a picturethrough of this one... had some issues with my car. Guess kitkatfox's walkthrough is more than enough.
ReplyDelete@kitkatfox, you might like to take a look to this:

You really have to Google for those spot the difference games @kitkatfox. Some of them are really, really good. Not in the way that they are hard or easy, but the pictures are sometimes so beautiful, you just don't wanna finish the levels.
ReplyDeleteGracias Edgar! Mi Español es terrible, pero entiendo un poco. Gracias por su ayuda. :)
ReplyDeleteNo laughing if I got all of that wrong. It has been a while since I took Spanish lol
SneakSnake -- cool I'll take a look at them.
ReplyDeleteAnd thanks to both you and Ellie for teaching me something about how to do the image throughs. I am looking up the sites you all recommended.
@SneakSnake
ReplyDeleteAs Ellie said, PhotoScape is an excellent program for capturing and editing images. I recommend it.
lol im surprised to see this many comments on a gazzy hidden number game, i dont think theyve ever passed 30 before!
ReplyDeleteanyways
@ellie & sneaksnake
i still like tinypic the best and im used to using it the most, but now i am curious though since you said its better than tinypic, what does imageshack have that tinypic doesnt?
@kitkatfox
you arent alone, i feel like were literally drowning in hidden number games too. it used to just be 123bee and gamershood, but now EVERYONE is making them. kim said theyre really popular these days though, and easy to make, and attract more hits, so i guess thats why everyones making them now... but on THIS site i notice they are NOT so popular compared to escape games! :P
@Suicune
ReplyDeleteI didn't manage to upload several pictures at once in TinyPic, but that was easy in imageshack. I guess it might be possible in TinyPic as well, but you have to be a better escaper than me to find out how lol.
@Edgar I'll look into PhotoScape and downloading it. Thanks! I don't have a photo editing program on this computer.
ReplyDeletereally? that certainly does put imageshack ahead then, because tinypic cant do that lol!
ReplyDeletei still like tinypic and will probably keep using it, but if i ever need to upload like 10+ images at a time then ill consider imageshack for the job.
Didn't know that either. I'll have to check imageshack as well.
ReplyDelete@kitkatfox, a live game was there and a lot of other things, but back to the things I said about spot the difference games. If you're into that because (like I am) they're beautiful and cute here is a site with really cute games;
ReplyDeletehttp://www.ferryhalim.com/orisinal/
@SneakSnake I went to that site but I didn't see spot the differences games. I don't really care for most in that genre, but I really enjoyed 4 Differences (I went back and played 5 and 6 as well). Any tips you have for finding similar games would be much appreciated!
