To put a clickable link you need to write like this:
<a href=' A '> B </a>
Then put your link at A and B.
If you wish, you can write something else at B, like “Level 1” and that is what will be shown to click on.

I don't know if you first make the circles, and after that write the numbers in them. I did like that first and it takes a lot of time!
If you want, there is an option to use for example PhotoScape (google it and download). Then you can attach pre-made numbers in circles.
I cannot get on the game either.
