  1. nope. Just playing around really. lol. It's a fun site.

So, in the picture we are at the wall and the guard won't let us by. hmph! It's Stormhold and the clue says "through the edges of the world" so I've been trying to see if there's anything significant around the edges of the pic. So far I've got ---------. What could it mean???? LOL, clearly loooosing it.

    ReplyDelete
  2. @Mgkanda... it looks like leaves

    ReplyDelete
  3. LOL mkganda its tooooo haarrrdddd!

Has anyone been able to track the picture down?
I tried for a long time but no sucess. Maybe it holds a clue?

    ReplyDelete
  4. @Sally... no.. didn't succeed in that either.. tried as soon as I made the puzzle... but can't find it anywhere (probably not looking in the right place)....

    ReplyDelete
  5. Well, I did find a guy that did concept art for the movie, but not this one.

    ReplyDelete
  6. Well.... I'm back looking at each picture separetly.... I think there must be some point in it that gives a hint!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Í've found something .... (excited) but only one clue... I think there must be one more on the puzzle pictures......

    ReplyDelete
  8. @testite Can you expand on that?

    ReplyDelete
  9. I've been especially examening the middle piece..
If you look around the edge you see those little houses... you see the streetlamp near the edge??? left of it I think it says 35 degrees!!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  10. Could we be looking for letters hidden?

    ReplyDelete
  11. ooh! Good find testite!!!

    ReplyDelete
  12. I thought I found a letter in the middle/left one on his coat.

    ReplyDelete
  13. It must be.... because you can solve it with only these pictures.....but now for more?????

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
  15. I'm all over the place!

I wonder if we're looking for coordinates?

    ReplyDelete
  16. But now for the longitude!!

    ReplyDelete
  17. I thought I saw 7E but can't find it anymore

    ReplyDelete
  18. Thats brilliant testsite!

    are we looking south then?

    ReplyDelete
  19. It gives Victoria in Colorado????? Or am I googling wrong again.

    ReplyDelete
  20. Well... we are at the south of the picture aren't we according to the sign post with south and north on it... the wall lies to the west and the castle to the east!

    ReplyDelete
  21. It's nearly dinertime, so I'll be back maybe later or tomorrow

    ReplyDelete
  22. leaving too. See you tomorrow! Well, maybe. :D

    ReplyDelete
  23. Back in civilization again...
I not really proceeded with the picture but here some remarks:
If you have a general view at the picture, it shows clearly the outline of France. You recognize Normandy and Bretagne - or more to the right, the characteristic border with Switzerland.
You see a faint (yellowish) grid. Seems to me like a coordinate grid of 1 degree.
The city in the background reminds me a lot to Minas Tirith of 'The Lord of the Rings'. What's the connection to this film? I could see only one through Ian McKellen who played in both films.

Have still to check out the position of some characteristic places like the stars or the signpost.

    ReplyDelete
  24. @U that is fantastic! I would never of seen that!

please will you explain about the yellowish grid

    ReplyDelete
  25. I see what you mean now about the grid

    ReplyDelete
  26. Each of the 9 pieces of the jigsaw is divided by 1 horizontal and 3 vertical lines. Easiest to be seen at the top middle part. More or less these lines agree with a 1 by 1 degree grid.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Once you have seen 'France' it's hard to believe that we did not see it for such a long time...
    some more questions:
Does the tower on top of the city remind anybody to a building in the real world? (I have no idea if it really exists).
I think the 2 dark objects in the sky are supposed to be stars. If I look them up in Google earth I don't see anything special in these regions.
Where does the guard point at? Is this just 'art'?
The clothing of the guard: Is it like in the film? or does it mean anything else?

    ReplyDelete
  28. @U The guard is as he is in the film. His job is to stop anyone from passing the wall.
Brilliant work with the outline of France and the grid!
The author says, "all you need for the "small area" is the picture and the poem."

Btw, I immediately thought of Minas Tirith as well.

    ReplyDelete
  29. okay, with the whole picture we have a 12x6 grid, I can see it now. Good eyes, U!

    ReplyDelete
  30. @U what about the 35degree that @testsite found,too?

also bottom right, on the rocks, is possibly numbers (E56 or maybe 95E) or it maybe just the rock!

    ReplyDelete
  31. there is a mont-huon in normandy

    ReplyDelete
  32. If you map out the 2 stars (don't know if that's what we need to do) they are clearly in or on the outskirts of Normandy so...where do they meet?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Haha...I should refresh more often. You say Normandy too which means we're probably on the right track.
There are many areas in between the stars that have cathedrals and chateaus.

Since you haven't seen the movie, Tristan and Yvaine end up stars in the sky. So, I think they are relevant.

    ReplyDelete
  34. Hi guys, I'm a new poster but have been playing this great game and following you all closely. Your tips have helped me out a great deal when I have been stuck so I think it's about time I returned the favour.

I think I got the Treasure Place yesterday. At least the book did not say "You are wrong", it said that the answer was locked.

You need to look at the 4 line poem on the last page more closely and literally do what the last 2 lines say.

    ReplyDelete
  35. You got it then!!!! Am I on the right track with finding where the stars meet? That's the only hint I need atm

    ReplyDelete
  36. mkganda, yes you're on the right track :)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thank you!!! One more question, do they b-line towards each other, or do I need to take "through the edges of the world" more literally?

    ReplyDelete
  38. Yes they do what you say. I'm trying not to say too much unless asked as I don't want to spoil anyone's fun :)

    ReplyDelete
  39. BTW kudos to Rebus for the best treasure hunting game since Masquerade (anyone old enough to remember that?) I hope there are more.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm completely missing the point here!

@mkganda- we b-line the stars and the "area" is where they meet?

    ReplyDelete
  41. SteveR. Thanks for your help. It is very much appreciated. But for the moment I'm with Sally - I don't get it. What do I do with the stars? Connect them? And what are the edges of the world? The edges of the picture?

    ReplyDelete
  42. @Sally Yes. So if you look at France and (google earth is a good tool for this) mark where the stars are you can make a straight line connecting the two. Then we need the middle where they meet. That's what I've been trying, but haven't gotten it yet.

@SteveR Thanks for the help! Not there yet, but soon. Welcome to posting, btw. Playing live is a lot of fun. :D

    ReplyDelete
  43. @mkganda - slightly on the wrong track with going towards each other. Look at the last line of the poem again :)

    ReplyDelete
  44. @SteveR Okay, so the final goal is not the middle of a straight line between the two?
@Sally sorry, I must have been wrong...again lol.

    ReplyDelete
  45. @mkganda - thanks for the welcome. I've used this site for months for tips but this game has been so good it made me want to post. The pages take AGES to load on my rubbish computer at work but fine at home.

    ReplyDelete
  46. @mkganda- no matter at all!

really confused and feel i'm missing something vital.
If they go through the edges, then over the coast? But how long is a piece of string?

    ReplyDelete
  47. The lines do what the last line of the poem says. You just have to work out what "through the edges of the world" means.

    ReplyDelete
  48. I was thinking if they go "through the edges" then they would meet on the Southern coast somewhere. There are "small area"s all over it lol. I've been using the ruler on google earth to try and make their travels the same exact distance. Not getting anywhere really, but still having fun.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Thanks again, Steve! Your hints are just helpful enough and just vague enough as to not give it away. Perfect.

    ReplyDelete
  50. So, they could possibly leave France?
According to our vantage point in the picture, it does appear (to me) that we are headed to the UK if we go "through" the border of France.

I might be completely off track once again though. Either way, I'm trying it.

    ReplyDelete
  51. I think I may have it...come on come on come on! I think I may have it only because all of a sudden it's taking forEVER to tell me I'm wrong, so maybe I'm not. Still waiting...

  59. Too much information!

    i'm utterly confused

    ReplyDelete
  60. Okay, Sally, throw me a question.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Was it my last post that threw you off? I will delete it and just stick around to answer questions in a "you're getting warmer/colder" sort of way like Steve did.

    ReplyDelete
  62. I think I have the stars
are we talking equal distance to the England because you then said go SE

    ReplyDelete
  63. I was going the wrong way when I went to England. Go the exact other way.
Refer to my post at 6:04 and then at only the beginning of post at 6:13.

    ReplyDelete
  64. And, really, there is no need to measure distances as I had thought earlier. Once you have the right general area, you will find it rather easily.
Once again, seemed so easy once I had it.

    ReplyDelete
  65. I have it, but I still dont understand the clues
    I guessed

Thank you everyone for all the help especially @edgar,@mkganda,@U,@steveR and every one else

    Your All Stars!

    ReplyDelete
  66. CONGRATS!!! Well done. :)
    Sorry, I wasn't more clear.

    ReplyDelete
  67. You were great!
Its a really good game, just got lost on the last clue!
Hope to see you on the 3oth next year :)

    ReplyDelete
  68. Sorry, but I still don't understand anything.
Obviously I missed some important parts of the discussion (deleted comments).
As it seems we are looking for a point with equal distance to the 2 stars (in SE direction?). Still don't understand the edges of the world.

    ReplyDelete
  69. @U measuring not required

    ReplyDelete
  70. So what? Do we go til the post and look in GoogleMaps what's there? This can't be all.

    ReplyDelete
  71. U, you need to work out what "the edges of the world" actually means then do exactly what the last line of the poem says. No measuring needed.

    ReplyDelete
  72. This seems to be completely out of my way of thinking...
For me, the 4 edges has eiher to do with:
    - the signpost in the middle of the picture
    - the edges of the whole picture
    - the most northern, eastern, southern, western points of France.

    Is one of these correct?

Furhtermore, today I can't open the game to re-read more carefully the poem. IE just freezes.

    ReplyDelete
  73. @U - The last line of the poem says "Through the edges of the world they go and meet together at the final goal".

One of your assumption is correct. Just think what the edges of the world are, not the edges of France or the picture, the world :)

    ReplyDelete
  74. Ohh congrats to you all!! Well done.
Now if I only could understand what you where all talking about!
Staring at France and not knowing what a B-line or the edges are.

    ReplyDelete
  75. Oh darn...... I just guessed it..... weeehhhhhhh.... got the page with the final puzzle is locked...... wooooot woooot wooooot.....

    ReplyDelete
  76. I wish the great game maker would unlock the puzzle earlier...... can't wait to see what the final pages will look like!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  77. I start to feel stupid. I don't see it.

    ReplyDelete
  78. @U Dont feel stupid! You practically had at the end of the 8:52 post, just dont measure.

I had to guess and I still dont understand it when I have the answer, thats stupid!

    ReplyDelete
  79. It seems that I am missing something that is obvious to all of you.

    ReplyDelete
  80. @U read @mkgandas post at 7:02
    Dont measure
    Its not IN france

    ReplyDelete
  81. Thanks. I'll check tomorrow. Today I don't see anything.

    ReplyDelete
  82. @U There is nothing obvious about this one. I looked at the stars close together and thought they would go towards each other. THAT hung me up for a long time. If they took off in different directions however...where would they meet?

    @testite GONGTATS!!!

    ReplyDelete
  83. Just dropped by to say hi.
I see you're all making great progress here. Congrats
It's just a pity several riddle games are going on at the same time, so we're divided; Some of us are playing 'Last Enigma' (and we're doing quite good) and you guys are playing here. So we can't help each other.
Maybe we should try to make a team to play riddle games (some riddle games are played by teams) to show the world EG24 rules everywhere.
    Anyway good lucvk all.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Hi small! I never even started Enigma. I have until January to get the next one on this so I think I'll join you all. :)

    ReplyDelete
  85. @sally, just draw lines from the stars to the "area" and see where they go through.

    ReplyDelete
  86. @U, You are not stupid at all!!
It just hit me reading to the coments which direction to look at....
And the puzzle compared to the map of France in Google....broden your view... as said it is not in France!!

And after you now the answer look at the picture again Sally.... there is something on it that makes it obvious after you know the answer. Really.

    ReplyDelete
  87. @U one thing... forget the equal distance... as said no measuring needed.

    ReplyDelete
  88. At last! I understand DUH!

    Thank you all!

    ReplyDelete
  89. @testite I got it, but still see nothing obvious in the picture. Might drive me crazy now that you said that.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Mgkanda, see comment SteveR 2:46 PM

    ReplyDelete
  91. I am still not sure if I got it correctly now. I would like to try an answer but the game still does not open for me.
It is not in France but close. Is this correct?

    ReplyDelete
  92. Finally got it. Thanks really a lot to everybody here.
Probably I would have found it a little bit earlier by putting the lines directly on the jigsaw picture instead of using GoogleEarth and misplacing my stars end edges.

So I suppose there is nothing else left here than waiting until January 30...

Will have a look here from time to time and check if there is something new or someone has problems.

Hope to meet you all in 2 months or in another interesting game.

    ReplyDelete
  93. @U You too! I've really enjoyed this game and plan to come back to it. :)

In the meantime I've started Final Enigma and can't for the life of me figure out 19. So stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  94. oops... I meant Last Enigma not Final.

    ReplyDelete
  95. I went there too and am stuck at the same point (19). I leave it for the moment.
I liked this one here more.

    ReplyDelete
  96. Trying Last Enigma. I'm not very good, stuck on No 6 ;p. It can't be too hard, noone's asked for any tips for it.

    No help yet please ;)

    ReplyDelete
  97. @U Not getting anywhere on 19.

    ReplyDelete
  98. AAAA! There is no correct number for the jewelry shop! I've tried 00448002300902 (google map number) - "You are wrong!"

    I've tried 00441212331119 (from http://www.tiffanysdiamonds.co.uk/shop/contact_us.php) - "You are wrong!"

I've tried 00441212301234 (on the street photo)- And again "You are wrong!"

    I'm stuck... and f angry...Shame on me

    ReplyDelete
  99. I've entered every f number on that street and I\m always wrong!

    ReplyDelete
  100. @mind-spam looks like you have the right shop. You used the numbers to find the shop, now what is the shop called? Enter that, no numbers. :)

    ReplyDelete
  101. im really stuck on 14 letter word pulling my hair out could someone please give me a hint ta

    ReplyDelete
  102. @doomed-fixation Oh, the p-4-o...

Right, so the first thing you need to do is figure out what your 14 are. We have 2 #s and 12 letters. One of the O's is a zero and in one of those indicates a 3.

The paper tells you where things need to go on the 14 dashes. e.g. p comes 4 spaces before o. It also tells you there are 2 o's (ox2), and we know one of those is a zero b/c I'm pretty sure it was Edgar that told us. It tells us that g is left of e and it mentions that SAME g elsewhere on the paper. (don't remember all of it) There are also 2 i's (ix2) and there is a 3 two spaces right of one of the i's.

It's an address so we know that it must be 30, right? Next hint is that the number is NOT at the beginning. We know that between the O and the zero, there can't be an A. The hint with the A's is 12 letters long so logically both the O and the zero must go between the 2nd and 3rd A because that is the only way to but 4 spaces between them. That tells you that the number isn't at the end either, it's in the middle. It goes street-#-city.

Hope that helps. I spent about 3 hours on that one. I'll check in in a little to see if you need help and explain better if you want. They don't like us to give out spoilers on the message boards, but I'll do my best.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Okay, last level should be up any minute! Who's in??

    ReplyDelete
  104. Aah! Can't even get my locked page anymore! Hope we don't have to start from the beginning again! I do remember some of them though. Am I alone???

    ReplyDelete
  105. I'm in, or would be if I could get on!

    ReplyDelete
  106. Hi Sally! Looks like we have to go all the way through again. I'm at level 10 right now. Didn't save my notes :(

About an hour ago I could open my bookmarked page of the last level, but now it just takes me to the book in the beginning. Oi!

    ReplyDelete
  107. I started again but keep getting Ooops broken link messages

    ReplyDelete
  108. Just type the name of "the small area" in the text field bellow the book.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Just got a msg on FB to just type in the "small area" from the last level under the book. Wasn't working before so let's see. *fingers crossed*

    ReplyDelete
  110. I cleared the cache and its sort of worked but its incomplete I think!

    ReplyDelete
  111. This is the dumbest question yet, but how do I do that? I'm on xp and husband usually does that stuff. :S

    ReplyDelete
  112. in the options menu, browsing history, and then delete all bar save passwords.

    ReplyDelete
  113. Okay, done. Let's see...

    ReplyDelete
  114. GOT IT!!!! Brilliant, Sally!

    ReplyDelete
  115. It's working now, Sally! Just type in the small area under the book again! :D

    ReplyDelete
  116. Are you there? I think I know what we have to do, but I'm out of ink in my printer! This may pose a challenge. Plugging away.

    ReplyDelete
  117. something to do with the answers from the puzzle book?

    ReplyDelete
  118. Yes, and note the "N" in the top left corner. Do you have your answers from the puzzles still?

    ReplyDelete
  119. I have 3 for sure and the jigsaw one I think I remember

    ReplyDelete
  120. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  121. I have all 4 (I hope, almost positive) if you need one privately on FB if you want. You are the same Sally, right?

I just can't remember if we got any indicators of our correct answers or not for those. I'm pretty sure we did.

    ReplyDelete
  122. Umm I think I'm the same Sally!

we could swop answers to double check!

so far I have 13 letters that look wrong!

    ReplyDelete
  123. Me too! I wonder though, if the maze letters anagram to something we need to google to get our six letter word.

    Sending you my puz answers.

    ReplyDelete
  124. Furthest north, for order?

    ReplyDelete
  125. Hello, can someone me with the 9 piece puzzle (the jig-saw?) my pdf program isn't working so I need someone to send me a link or a picture of the completed jig-saw if possible, or at least a picture of all 9 pieces

    ReplyDelete
  126. Well, it seems I just caught a live one...

    ReplyDelete
  127. Hello! Been stuck all afternoon!
    no idea at all.
I have 13 letters, and thats it.

    ReplyDelete
  128. Hi back Sally, so glad to see you again. Look at where the journey has brought us. Happy New Year for you, by the way.

    Hi there, mgkanda! Hug!

Now, if I placed my answers correctly, I get 11 letters that wont spell a thing. You got 13 Sally?

    ReplyDelete
  129. Happy New Year!
    Yes I got 13
not saying thats right either, but mkganda did too.
Do you get anything from the picture?

    ReplyDelete
  130. You mean the pic of the bank? Nope, I didn't.
You mean the maze? I'm stuck in it, but cant get more than 11 letters! It seems we need to make a 6-letters word, but one of them (the 3rd one from the left has only one possibility. Hmm, I'll re-check.

    ReplyDelete
  131. I got per box left to right

    2 3 1 2 2 3

    some paths split

    ReplyDelete
  132. You're right. 13 letters is it... time for another coffee I guess :(

    ReplyDelete
  133. Wouldn't the N in the map/maze be just a trap? If it shows an order, I can't spell a thing... and it would be way to easy...

Maybe the order for the answers is doesn't have any clue, and we have to place them in every possible option until we can get the right code.

    ReplyDelete
  134. if you look at the answers we have from the book,on a map they are N.S.E.W
    Thanks to mkganda!

But I can make no sense of it, so any ideas welcome!

    ReplyDelete
  135. I placed them like that. Still struggling here.

    ReplyDelete
  136. Not yet Sally, now I'm thinking of anagram a little.

    ReplyDelete
  137. Hi Edgar! You still here?

I'm wondering if we're on the wrong track with the building. Or maybe Edgar's right in his comment at 12:48

    ReplyDelete
  138. I wonder if we were supposed to pick between the ones that have two letters to get 6 and anagram, but it seems that through this whole game we get a building or an address to look for the answer not just an answer. Does that make any sense? lol...probably not :s

    ReplyDelete
  139. Hi there mkganda, yes, I'm still around. As far as I understand, the bank safe is protected with a password, so I don't think we should get any other address or some city to go now. And this is way tougher than it first looked!!

    ReplyDelete
  140. I agree Edgar. I was thinking address before, but we were always going for the next envelope, but now I'm wondering if there is a way to look at these letters that may be sort of directions of where to look or what to look up to find our 6 letter answer.

I keep getting hung up on the words "even" "uneven" or "avenue" in those letters. TMI on the letters? Obviously it's not all of them, but I'll erase if that's too much.

    ReplyDelete
  141. Getting anywhere Edgar? I'm now messing with the 6 letters we DIDN'T use in the maze. It's something, but it's getting me nowhere so far.

    ReplyDelete
  142. Nooooo, not going anywhere or getting anything!!
Yours is the word that makes more sense, if no the only one. THAT if the 4 answers are arranged geographically. ARGH!!

I'll see if I can get something from a different order... but will get some food first. BRB!

    ReplyDelete
  143. Yay! You are still here! Go eat, we'll wait!

    ReplyDelete
  144. Is there anything in the book we haven't used? Letter from uncle Gilbert, right? Not much info there, but in some of the other levels the name from whom the envelope came mattered a little, right? We have Uncle Gilbert, Gilbert Wallace, or Uncle Gilbert Wallace.

    Noooooooooooooooooooooooooowheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere...

    ReplyDelete
  145. Okay, talking myself through. We are at our final destination and are looking at the safe. We got yet another envelope, we have this puzzle and the letters from it to get our answer.

I'm thinking google yes, travel probably not. So narrowing it down to probably not an address. Possible anagram?

    ReplyDelete
  146. to anagram or not to anagram, that is the question,
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
    sorry
    losing it here
    HEEEELLPPP

    ReplyDelete
  147. LOL Sally!!! "The slings and arrows..."

    ReplyDelete
  148. Edgar!!! Get your SD and open this safe this minute!

    ReplyDelete
  155. I'll send you any progress! Good night! :D

    ReplyDelete
  156. Does anyone have the 9 piece jigsaw puzzle in one picture file and can they link or send it to me please?

    ReplyDelete
  157. I guess it would be bad form to ask rebus_hsh to throw us a bone, it being the last level and all...I counted how many letters go into each box to get a six digit number to nowhere. Back to my letters.

    ReplyDelete
  158. @the I'm sorry, I don't. I literally printed each up and looked at it on the floor lol. Let me know if you need some help on that. Then you'd be here with us in Crazyville! :D

    ReplyDelete
  159. Isn't it entirely possible that since we're looking at the contents of Uncle Gilbert's envelope that the clue is 6 letters and NOT the password? Maybe?

    ReplyDelete
  160. Edgar has left me again :(

    ReplyDelete
  161. Sorry mkganda. I really don't know how to solve this. I'll give it a rest for now... need to clear my head out. Good luck all.

    ReplyDelete
  162. Okay, Edgar. I may throw in the towel soon too. Tomorrow, though, I hope to see EnJoy, SteveR, U, testite, and the tackling it with us!

I think many forgot though. He reposted it the other day, but it again got buried in the newer games. We had a couple of good game days there.

    Night!

    ReplyDelete
  165. @the well done! Have you done all 4 puzzles? We could use the extra brain here lol :s

    ReplyDelete
  166. No I haven't finished 3 and 4 I am working on 3 now, I have read your comments about lining up the two clues but here is what I got ahindledapieesgla?nth?eucopyioidelhetrt what am I doing wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  167. Wow...It was months ago. Which is 3 again? If it's the wheel, I'm afraid I'm hopeless.

    ReplyDelete
  168. No, it's the otten dorf one with the numbers line and letter etc..

    mkganda, please check your email

    ReplyDelete
  169. Morning all
    @the, you almost have it!
the 1st I is wrong, then the L,A,E dont remember exactly how we did it but it was lining up the dots and pairing up.Sorry cant be of more help.

    ReplyDelete
  170. oh, 3 is the 3 columns of numbers right? If so, you've got how to line them up with the symbols right? So write down the numbers that line up next to other numbers and move on to the next symbol 'til you've got your whole page filled in. Then go to Uncle Gilbert's letter and look the letters up by line/letter. This is the part that messed me up. Put the letters you find on the same paper exactly where their number is and then read from top to bottom all the columns starting at the left. My mistake is that I wrote down all the numbers on a different piece of paper and it was all jumbled, but if you keep it in the order on the first piece of the puzzle you get, it's pretty easy to read your clue.

    ReplyDelete
  171. reading your letters closely, I can see that many are correct.

    ReplyDelete
  172. Grr...I wish I kept my notes! I would be much more helpful

    ReplyDelete
  173. That is what I tried. I sent you an email of what I did and what I have--- please check it and let me know where I went wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  174. @mkganda ,@sally thanks, it is a wonder that any of them are right, because I can't print them out, so what I did was write down the numbers from the journal and the symbols, and then put them against my computer screen and wrote the numbers in their spots as I found them-- I know I went wrong somewhere bad because I had one that was 39-23 and there aren't 23 letters in line 39! I know it was months ago to you two, but I just started this hunt yesterday morning, but I would have gotten the 9 envelopes faster had I found this before, I just found this site about an hour before I posted thanks for all you all's help:)

    ReplyDelete
  175. @the I'm sorry, it looks like you emailed last night too and I didn't see it. Check your mail.

    ReplyDelete
  176. Thanks! got it! Now onto 4

    ReplyDelete
  177. I just sent a separate email re: SPOILER. Just in case b/c I have to go now for a bit and get my kids up and off to school.

    ReplyDelete
  178. Well, I meant to keep it separate but went out as a reply anyway.

    ReplyDelete
  179. Okay, see you all in a bit!!!

    ReplyDelete
  180. thanks for all your help mkganda! all puzzles are now done! now onto the final puzzle, I will sleep on it, and see what I can figure out and report back this afternoon!

    ReplyDelete
  181. Your biggest help was actually Sally! She was behind the scenes helping me to remember what the clues were. She helped me help you. See? We need all the help we can get lol.

    ReplyDelete
  182. Hi mkganda :), I'm here and struggling with 2 3 1 2 2 3 letters in the boxes too, and getting nowhere.

Still struggling through Last Enigma too, 51 at the moment.

Not much work getting done. Don't tell the boss.

    ReplyDelete
  183. Your secret is safe! Sally and I have been playing on Facebook, didn't see you come in. Get us into this safe will you?

    ReplyDelete
  184. Ooh...a thought. What if written in the correct order each set of letters per box, we were to take out the 2nd, 3rd, 1st, 2nd, 2nd, and 3rd for 6 letters?

    ReplyDelete
  185. Are the shadows on the building correct?
Can't make my mind up. Not going to say which so you make your own decision.
