ReplyDeleteloved the graphics. I hope the ending isn't as muddled as the one with the assassin White Rabbit and Alice is Dead. I never understood that ending.

ReplyDeleteSorry, not going to keep closing relentless dialog boxes every time I click on something. That is one of the most annoying features ever put in any game.
ReplyDeleteI'll try to give hints, but the game is frustrating as things change in the scenes after unrelated actions take place. If you can't find, or pickup, something then something else needs to happen first.
ReplyDeleteHammer in girls bedroom, cricket under her bed, candle on her living room mantle. Pumpkin was somewhere obvious. After doing all you can, re-enter bar and a woman will appear. After that a man will appear in elder house. After that a new arrow will show up in well scene. After that go back to mummy/robot and get potion ingredient list. Now you can get cricket from girls bedroom, mushroom in bush outside her house, tonic from bar, and an egg somewhere in the scene outside the shack with the stone steps. Bring to mummy. Get potion, give to guy, now new arrow from shack with stone steps magically appears. Carve pumpkin with knife and insert candle.
Knife was in chest in room with mummy/robot (behind dialog box). Walk into woods via the new arrow by the shack with stone steps (carrying Jack O'Lantern), hit nails with hammer, read ending which is basically "to be continued".
ReplyDeleteGood graphics, story, and atmosphere to the game. Those dialog boxes should disappear automatically after 2 seconds (there is pixel hunting and they REALLY get in the way).
