@Jo-Ann, the text below the flags tells you which colors to make them.
ReplyDeleteFirst row is 110, 119傷, 119火 which kind of means:
110, 119 wound, 119 fire (and google tells these are phone numbers to the police, ambulance and fire trucks in japan. Find their colors.
Second row: japanese coins.
10 is cupper (brown)
100 is silver
500 is something like brass (light yellow)
Third row: the signs are 進 注 止 which means "proceed", "note", "stop", so look at traffic light colors.
