  8. in! 1st tesshi-e live for me since i came back, this should be good

    ReplyDelete
  9. @HendrikVeder , you are right. Use this together with the Hippo note. Ignore the Z23 ;)

    ReplyDelete
  10. Out. Love Tesshi-e - my favourite developer.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Open both drawers on left and right of piano with birdies hint and music note sheet from bookshelf. Found all the corks to form wheels of my tissue truck - I think I need to put it into the secret track in front of the bed , but still struggling with tools on hand..

    ReplyDelete
  12. For the lights under the hippo picture take the positions from the hippos with the mouth you can open...

    ReplyDelete
  13. Got it! use the cutter to retrieve string and screwdriver. Now got the key with code on the key tag. Need to find the happy coin now..

    ReplyDelete
  14. It doesn't go beside the bed, Eve.

    ReplyDelete
  15. How do you form the corks?

    ReplyDelete
  16. I knew it - Stuck on the _A_A_A ..... cannot find a clue for it!

    ReplyDelete
  17. Chris, after you switched on the lights under the hippo picture you can solve the puzzle with the three pedals of the piano and then you get the clue...

    ReplyDelete
  18. For the corks you need the drill.

    ReplyDelete
  19. I have completed car, but cant put bellow... key must fall to my car.... where to put this car

    ReplyDelete
  20. The hint for the pedals come from Mr. Birdy with the battery...

    ReplyDelete
  21. Ok, thank you Kernowman. And where is the drill? ;)

    ReplyDelete
  22. Why i cannot open the cb left of piano ? I have the birdies hint 54132, it doesn´t open ...

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hooray! Tesshi-e! That just makes my morning. :)

    ReplyDelete
  24. prakta - revisit the cupboard left of the piano

    ReplyDelete
  25. For HAPPY COIN look on key tag, use this code under piano. the numbers stand for, how often we have to press the pedals.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Zazie, first click the button where the 1 is an so on...

    ReplyDelete
  27. Thanks Prakta I am blind!

    ReplyDelete
  28. I think that it's the first time I finished a Tesshi-e game without any help or hint. I even got the happy coin. I could be proud of myself but Iit's more sensible to suppose that the game was less difficult than usual...

    ReplyDelete
  29. brute forced the code under the duck SPOILER-WAHAHA-ENDSPOILER

get club key and 2nd cork, that took about 15 mins to bruteforce even tho its easy XD i dont know why its WAHAHA though.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Really? First game of the day and again it's all I haves and no hints as to where you got things? C'mon. I found a key in a hippos mouth but doesn't work on lock on table side of hippos shelf. can't find birdie #3 or open anything. Need some better hints please?

    ReplyDelete
  31. Thank you, Kernowman!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Suicune, for the code under the duck, you have to open the piano with color code from duck and pedals under piano

    ReplyDelete
  33. YW
Evans - I think there are plenty of hints above to get you going, but if you are struggling with anything in particular I will try and help, but I'm only around for about 10 mins

    ReplyDelete
  34. @Suicune,

There was no need to bruteforce this code : you have to remove the picture with the hippo and switch on the lights according to the open-mouth hippos pattern. Then use the pedals of the piano according to the clue from Mr. Birdie...

The paper from the tissue box is a double hint : it shows how to remove the picture and how to switch on the lights hidden under the picture.

    ReplyDelete
  35. i guess i solved it out of sequence then because i havent done the piano yet lol

    ReplyDelete
  36. WOW this was cool, i made it all alone this time.

    ReplyDelete
  37. Oh now i have to run....GL all.

    ReplyDelete
  38. evans,
go down to window and turn around.
there you can find some stuff and hints...

    ReplyDelete
  39. @Dimwit,

I think that the battery was in the cupboard with the 5 vertical button. Hint on a music sheet just above.

    ReplyDelete
  40. I am stuck with EVERYTHING. no tape, can't open anything. no idea how hippo pic. with moon on one is used. can't remove painting or open any doors by piano. key with no tag for happy coin that unlocks nothing. stuck stuck stuck

    ReplyDelete
  41. Out with happy coin - Cannot say it is easier but I think we all know too well the pattern in Tesshi-e 's game. Anyway , still enjoy playing it with the wonderful BGM . Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  42. @evans,

Have you seen the picture near the door ? Try to click on it... The numbers can easily be related to letters.

    ReplyDelete
  43. For hippo pic, clue is MOON ON ONE. M,O,N,E all represent a corner. Ignore the Z=23. Assume it says Z=26 and you should be OK

    ReplyDelete
  44. Out - and it was lovely as always, but I still don't understand why the MOON hint read "A1 Z23" - shouldn't it be "A1 Z26" ?? That was confusing.... kept searching for meaning in the wrong place...

    ReplyDelete
  45. have kleenx box with straws on bottom. no way to affix them and a long stick and put #4 birdie on perch. no clues help me. don't understand how music notes work or how to remove picture etc.

    ReplyDelete
  46. @Dimwit battery from the bottom right drawer on the piano side - use the code in the music sheet found from the bookshelf above.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Evans - for music clue just look at height of notes and relate to cupboard right of piano

    ReplyDelete
  48. Out with Happy Coin - Great game!

    ReplyDelete
  49. MONE is 13,14,15,and 5 where is corner 5?? Not making sense to me.

    ReplyDelete
  50. evans, the notes represent five heights (like a slider) - the give you the order of pressing the vertical five buttons drawer.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Evans - look under the picture to the right of the exit door

    ReplyDelete
  52. @evans - you can find tape under the hippo drawing beside the bed. use the code from tissue and Kernowman 's hint at 5:54 AM to open it.

    ReplyDelete
  53. Evans, regarding the numbers behind the picture - they don't make sense without the tissue "moon" clue

    ReplyDelete
  54. It must have been fixed because my pic says A1 Z26. I have been going round and round....and only just noticed the view on the left when you have gone to the window and turned around....lol. Finally moving forward.

    ReplyDelete
  55. ok moved pic, can't turn on lights. still no use for key or happy coin to undo screw. how do I relate anything to piano pedals and can't open door left of piano and what is colour code from bird for?

    ReplyDelete
  56. Can we PLEASE get a walkthrough! I love these games and I'm finished with the tissue car, unscrewed the top of the man with the key on a string under the glass case. But, for the life of me, I can't put the car behind the guy so that when I cut the string the key falls in it. What the @#%#@ am I missing?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Colour code from bird is order of piano pedals. To know which pedal is which you need to turn on the lights under the Hippo pic.See prakta'spost at 5.14

    ReplyDelete
  58. great opened letter drawer and now I have 2 keys that don't work on the only lock I can find! and still no happy coin to get last birdie.
    aarrgghhh!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Rington - revisit the cupboard under the hippo's.

    ReplyDelete
  60. You don't need Happy Coin for last birdie. Look again at the cupboard on the left of the piano.

    ReplyDelete
  61. Also look just to the left of the exit door

    ReplyDelete
  62. @evans

Take note of the hippos in the shelves : drraw squares, and take note of which hippos open their mouth (ignore the empty places and the places where the hippos don't open their mouth). The light squares under the picture correspond to the shelves. Just light on the buttons according to the hippo hint.

The x show the buttons that should be switched on :

    --------------------------
    I I x I I I x I I
    -------------------------
    I x I I I I x I I
    -------------------------

  63. I just can't open te drawer on the left of the piano. Help will be welcome.

    ReplyDelete
  64. A rush WT - hope it helps.
Get straw from glass. Get tissue from tissue box
Found Hippo code on tissue (a)
Found first cork in tissue box.
From window view found the location of hippos with mouth opened (b). Found spade key.
Noted the safe under the hippo shelf.
On the right of the door , found the corner code (c) from drawing.
Combine (a) and (c) to reveal lights behind hippo drawing, get tape.
Use (b) to turn on the lights behind hippo drawing : Hint note the hippo 's mouth direction.
Turn to the piano side.On the top right book shelf , retrieve music sheet with code for drawer below. Get battery.
On the top left shelf with flower , get the birdy stick with number on it. retrieve the first long stick.
At the corner put the battery inside the birdy box , press button to get the three color code. (d)
Move away the stool under piano. See the lights on top of the pedal .
Use (d) to open the piano to get birdy box code (e) and another birdy stick with number . retrieve the second long stick.
Go back to the window and put the two birdies on the stand to get sequence of code (f). Use it to open the drawer on the bottom left of the piano.Get bottle of water. Retrieve second cork. Found another box on the left of the drawer. Use spade key to get electric drill.
Use (e) to open the birdy box and get a club key with third cork.
Pour water into the U shape container on top of the hippo shelf. get diamond key.
Use club key on the left of door to turn on the fan on top. Found last cork beside bed.
Use diamond key on the safe under the hippo shelf. Get cutter.Note the drive way that goes under the sitting figure (g).
Use cutter on the box under the birdy stand. Get string and screwdriver.
Now make up the paper truck using the tissue box , 2 straws and 2 thin stick using the tape. Use electric drill to apply 4 corks as wheel. stick the string to the front for pulling.
Put the paper truck in the drive way (g). Go back to the sitting figure.

Unscrew it with screwdriver and cut the string under it. The key will drop into the truck.
Pull back the paper truck to retrieve the heart key. Note the code over it. (f)
Use (f) at the piano pedal again to get happy coin. Exit door with the heart key.

  65. Well, sorry, my little scheme looked better with a non proportional font...

    ReplyDelete
  66. found cork 3 in the alcove behind the bedside, wasnt there at game start, dunno if its coz i moved the fans with the club key or not. all ducks in place, i found the code to the left side cupboard of the piano, i think im catching up now thx for the hints XD

    ReplyDelete
  67. Kernowman, thanks for the hint. It was just cryptic enough that I had to work for it but I got it.

    ReplyDelete
  68. I cant get the light on under the hippo pic. I see the open mouths, there are four, what am I doing wrong?

    ReplyDelete
  69. Eve, bless you! finally things made sense and out.
Thank you so much for that walkthrough.

    ReplyDelete
  70. look at the position of the open hippo mouths when standing in front of window facing exit door .

    ReplyDelete
  71. good WT eve, i like how you put spade key at the start of it and i just got it now after all 4 corks XD hahaha.... or should i say WAHAHA XD

gg tho, almost out now i think

    ReplyDelete
  72. for the hippos clue hint, only 4 of the switches need to be pressed, and only 4 of the hippos mouths move. overlay the 12 boxes onto the 12 switches facing the exit door as evans said. the 4 switches you need to press are the positions of those 4 hippos. further hint: 2 each side!

    ReplyDelete
  73. I cant get my car to go on driveway.. help please?

    ReplyDelete
  74. @gorf i was stuck a while back with that, you need to revisit the cupboard under the left hippos, while facing the exit door, thats where you put in the car, not viewing the glass box

    ReplyDelete
  75. Finding the U-shaped container in the room

This part I found EXTREMELY difficult, since you can only access this container (which is essential to know about to complete the game) from one definite spot.

    - Face the door and make sure you can see the bed and a part of the huge wooden fan on the ceiling. Do NOT zoom too close.
    - Turn around by 180 degrees.
    - The container mentioned in the WT is on the LEFT hippo shelf; it looks like an oversized transparent key from afar.
    - The two black "lines" you can see from a distance are the rubber ties (I think technicians do call them that) for the tubes.

Voila! That should get you going.

    ReplyDelete
  76. @Suicune Thank you!!! That worked!

    ReplyDelete
  77. and to add to the WT after having just solved it, the happy coin code at the end, the numbers is the amount of times you must press it, not pedal 2 or pedal 3, but instead, YELLOW3, for example. there are 2 ends, depends if you have happy coin or not, for easy viewing, use savegame feature

    ReplyDelete
  78. I cant get my car to go on driveway.. help please?

    ReplyDelete
  79. that was BRILLIANT! Loved this game to bits. And even better than Tesshi's last efforts (since it was again a game that needed a little thinking, not such a cookie-cutter approach...)

    ReplyDelete
  80. The beginners in the comments ASSUME that everyone is in same place as they are....please, please, please, just type the obvious for those who come later! I have to read all the spoilers just to find one little thing I missed so I can move forward......and it ruins the whole game!
Now, to WT....maybe there I won't get only spoilers!

If you GET something can you just give a hint WHERE?

    ReplyDelete
  81. I'm stuck trying to place the car in the driveway too. Tried all views I can find including from behind the hippo cupboard.

    ReplyDelete
  82. No hints of Eve I could not detonate the game. Thank you, girl, you were great!

    ReplyDelete
  83. ! Finally got the car into the driveway. It goes INSIDE the box under the hippo shelf. No one made that clear. I was trying to place it on top of the floor.

    ReplyDelete
  84. Put car in tunnel you opened with key and give it a push.

    ReplyDelete
  85. Put car in tunnel you opened with key and give it a push.

    ReplyDelete
  86. Wow.. that was one easy Tesshie-e
    :\

    ReplyDelete
  87. Never got the lights to work. Based on hints and such given before, I understand that the clue comes from the position of the wooden hippos on the two shelves and only the open mouth hippos are important. I tried all combonations: Position facing window, Position facing door, Positions and including the closed mouth hippos from door and window. ----- NOTHING WORKS!!!

This one is not fun and time to abandon.

    ReplyDelete
  88. Game maker.. You nailed it on this game... a great thinking game where the puzzles were challenging with out needing help to solve. Lovely graphics. I wish all game makers made the effort to create games of such quality. I look forward to the next one.

    ReplyDelete
  89. great game....and ty ty ty for the posts on how to place the car....that was driving me wacko.....forgot about the safe under the left hippos.....

    ReplyDelete
  90. Haha, the Happy Coin clue (RG2Y3) took me much longer then necessary to understand . for some reason I thought the numbers somehow were a reference to the numbered Mr. Birdies... then realized how simple the solution is :)

The game was great, the usual Tesshi-quality.

    ReplyDelete
  91. adivawoman,

"(you nailed it) on THIS game"???

Tesshi nails it like every time ;)

    ReplyDelete
  92. I usually love these games. Not so much today.

    ReplyDelete
  93. Yikees that was very excellently difficult
    Many thanks

    ReplyDelete
  94. Help! ANybody, noone has spoiled the pedal answer, and the code from the duck doesn't work for me. I have SPOILERygrgrgSPOILER and it doesn't do aything. If anyone is around, I really could use a spoil.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Oh POP! Hint-- press deliberately, don't just quickly click on the pedals. :)

    ReplyDelete
  96. Love Tesshi-e! Great Game as always!!!

    ReplyDelete
  97. KICK-A$$ game as always!!!!!
Too bad I couldn't make it live, shame on me and my timezone :)

    Tesshi is nº1!!!
Thank you for all these amazing moments of joy!

    ReplyDelete
  100. Great game as usual :) thanks

    ReplyDelete
  101. Fantastic walkthrough Eve - I would never have managed it without you!

    ReplyDelete
  102. very good game, I had only problems to find the place
for the tissue car. Thank you for posting hint.

    ReplyDelete
  103. Love these games, top notch.

    ReplyDelete
  104. Wonderful game as always. Thanks Tesshi-e!

    ReplyDelete
  105. GREAT GAME!!!!!!! thanks tesshi!!! Hard to solve, but i can do it alone!

    ReplyDelete
  106. I managed most things...except for the birdies clue. How do you convert 53142 into 35241, and why?? I had to look at the video WT for the answer to this, but I still don't know whay you swopped the numbers around.

    ReplyDelete
  107. Soozn, you touch the buttons in order of the 5 numbers on the birdies. So because 1 is in third position, you click position 3 first. 2 is in position 5, so you click position 5, second. And so on.

    ReplyDelete
  108. I loved this game! I only needed help for where to apply the keytag code for the Happy Coin. (thanks Hotzenplotz!) I managed to do the rest by myself. Loved the little tissue box car! I really do adore these games, they make me feel so happy at the end. (Maybe it's the coffee and sweets?) :-D

    ReplyDelete
  109. caught this one from the random section

how I miss these premium quality games...!
thx Tesshi-e for all your phat creations ☺
