The skull goes on gravestone - but you have to place it there while the ghost is not shown - if the ghost appears you have to go to another room first and then you can place it (at least that happened to me). That gives the last mushroom

the spiders do not hang in the order. then click only on spider 1 (the second) on spider 2 (penultimate) ....

The numbers are spider clicking order, 31524 means third, first, fifth, second, fourth...
