  6. @ myrdlebp
Look at the pic with "jibberish", and note the "5".
There is a 5 inside the jibberish;l apply that to the note : 4 jibberishes, 4 digits in panel...

    ReplyDelete
  7. Stuck in room 3 as well.
Only got a piece of thread and no idea about the levers or the 6 buttons.

  14. ARGH...Caught a bug it seems...

Room 2..at the scene with the cup and the ... well, entertainment ... mag, I get always 'warped' back to this scene when trying to exit the scene. The carpet will flash (no pun intended!) for a short while, then I'm back standing before the cup.

    I might have to restart...

    ReplyDelete
  15. @Tessa - Have you found something inside the box in 5th room?

    ReplyDelete
  22. If it's the same box, Roberto. I have the left right hint in it.

  23. For sliders:
Click 1st slider untill it's in place
click 3º untill second is in place
Click 4º untill 3º is in place
Click 5º until 4º is in place
Click 6º untill 5º is in place

  29. ahh, the buttons itself give the clue. start with fourth and first button...

    ReplyDelete
  30. room 2, is there something supposed to happen when clock is set to 8:25? Or is not the right time?

    ReplyDelete
  31. dutchie, it is the correct time, have you add the second (hour) hand?

    ReplyDelete
  32. This comment has been removed by the author.

    ReplyDelete
  33. dutchie, if you set the clock at 8:25h, you will get a number clue.
be sure, you set 8:25h and not 7:25h (my first fault...)

    ReplyDelete
  34. Here's what's supposed to happen with the clock:

  40. Solved 1, 2, 3 and 5 with no help. Not too difficult.

However, to my shame I have to confess I collected 3 figures in room 4 (lamp, cabinet door, "animal") and brute-forced the target number :P Neither could I be bothered to search for the last figure nor for their order...
Well, with 3 at hand, this works in a blink of an eye :P

    Nice game.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Room 1 as code? understand just gibberish on the sheet, anagram or what kind of language

    ReplyDelete
  42. 4th number was above the door.
Order was on the left side of the right cabinet.

    ReplyDelete
  43. "Box empty, no clue" problem: it may either be intentional (must see clue(s) and/or hint(s) first) or it's a technical problem (keyword: Shockwave Flash and layers), the latter of which can be caused by an incompatible Flash Player version used for playing.

    ReplyDelete
  44. Ahhh! The Roman 'IV' (where we'd normally expect an escape man, don't we)

    =-D

    ReplyDelete
  45. Dutchie, I had to reload to get my clock to show the number.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Marita,
There are written numbers hidden in those words.
Like in fjohpulrt you can see FjOhpUlRt (4)

    ReplyDelete
  47. marita, don't use all letters, like on clue: FjIrnVboEc=5

    ReplyDelete
  48. @marita Numbers 1 to 9, English names. Pick letters. it's a bit hit-and-miss.

    ReplyDelete
  51. Thank room 1 room 2 out ???

    ReplyDelete
  52. hab in Room 2 from 8:25 clock but no code appears comical

    ReplyDelete
  53. I'm not getting Roberto's instructions for the levers. The 3rd does not move the second because it is already down and so on....

    Still stuck with that....ARG!

    ReplyDelete
  54. No matter how many times I play this game, no LR clue in the box.

    ReplyDelete
  55. Room 3 where green sticker out right the 6 buttons ok, but the left can not click

    ReplyDelete
  56. Probably the Flash problem, then. Like Arby said:

...or it's a technical problem (keyword: Shockwave Flash and layers), the latter of which can be caused by an incompatible Flash Player version used for playing.

    ReplyDelete
  57. Yes, unfortunately I too see no number on the clock ... oh well. Nice idea this game.

    ReplyDelete
  58. Well, I might be wrong, too, but to me it is logical: this effect is often achieved by layering two graphical planes. (note that these planes are usually unmanned)
Seriously though, once this layering effect won't correctly show in one certain FP version, you will only see one plane.

But to have some action, you will need 2 planes.
Damn, that sounds so ambiguous, I'd better stop now..;-P

  59. so...what do I do with the screw driver in room 4?

    ReplyDelete
  60. Jessica, you can open screwed drawer (screw on right side of drawer)

    ReplyDelete
  61. Use it on the right side (another view) of the drawer that won't open.

    ReplyDelete
  62. When you make that kind of puzzle, all you have to do is change the frame.
i.e. frame 1 = closed drawer, frame 2 = open drawer and answer.
When you place the object on top of box, it changes to next frame (frame 2) showing the fans. I don't understand why the drawer opens and we can't see the fans.

    ReplyDelete
  63. No clue! Isn't this 8:25?

  68. BUG in Room #2. If clue doesn't appear when proper time is set then go back to Main Menu and select Room #2 again. Start with the clock.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Room #5 is all about finding the clue paper, happy pixel hunting!

    ReplyDelete
  70. I can't get it to load - it just says to Play at:
    flash512.com/esc-games

    ReplyDelete
  71. Wow...I never would have understood this without those great hints about the levers and the clock! Thanks Small-tool, Roberto Tiquer and everyone else!

    ReplyDelete
  72. Can't get through room 2 - did all suggested here, restarted game and still nothing from setting time correctly.
Also had "overlapping" scenes - as in going from coffee cup on table scene to other scenes, the "ghost" of coffee cup and table went everywhere else in room.
Too bad, usually 512 games are pretty bug free.
