    ReplyDelete
  37. There is no special order of clicking the symbols next to the door, neither on the box.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Good idea - if people don't want to see a walkthrough, then they can not look

    ReplyDelete
  39. First, one more time the muppets, Janet.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Elkwhale - laughing here now - just read your comment :-)

    ReplyDelete
  44. I really enjoyed this game; and the reward at the end especially. Good find @Roberto!

    ReplyDelete
  45. How do the round things go to the left of the cat? I've tried every way and nothing seems to work.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Bottom - one with tallest peg, next one with shorter peg, next one with two holes, last one with one hole. Then click top of box to close it

    ReplyDelete
  47. Bet ya didn't click the top of the box ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  48. @Zoe, if I remember correctly, you start with a disk with a long piece going up, then the next disk with a long piece, then the piece with two holes, and finally the disk with one hole. I hope that works!

    ReplyDelete
  49. Oh, I don't have the one with two holes yet...I have not lit the candle, have blank piece of paper and planted a seed.

    ReplyDelete
  50. Pop...found the matches on table next to ship...

    ReplyDelete
  51. lol Janet, I'm your echo. I'm so glad we didn't need pieces with square holes for the item to the right of the cat.

    ReplyDelete
  52. Two hole one to left of locked box on floor

    ReplyDelete
  53. got symbol on piece of paper...stuck.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Hold the paper over the lit candle to get one of the final symbols.

    ReplyDelete
  55. WALKTHROUGH

1/4 peg left of the safe on the floor.
Zoom in on the painting at the wall.
Note what letters are in what corner.

In the bottom desk-drawer is a seed (on the left).
On the desk in the board-game, 2/4 peg on the right side.
Put the seed in the pot on the shelf.
The yellow paper on the memo-board shows a left corner can be lifted.
Where? Of the board-game on the desk.
The word tells you what letters/corners to pick.

Open the top drawer with it to find fishfood.
Fish are blocking the sight on statues in the aquarium.
Use the food, note the three statues that are facing outwards.
Use their symbols to open the box left of the cabinet.
Find 3/4 peg and a magnet.

Right side on the table with ship is a matchbox.
Zoom in on the name of the ship, note the year.
4/4 peg is in the drawer below the ship.

    Zoom in on the board-game.
From left to right the 4 numbers of the year can only be devided into three numbers.
Click them and see the symbols.
Use these from top to bottom on the white door.
    Take the binoculars, hanging there.
Use them to see the symbol on the zeppelin.

Zoom in on the cat, the 4 pegs go left of it.
The correct order is defined by the holes.
    Spoiler below.
Close the lid, now the glass door opens.
    Take the vase with water.
Pour water on the seed in the pot.

Zoom in on the memoboard and take the GuitarString Deluxe.
    Open it, take it out.
    Attach the magnet to it.
Take the key out of the jar with marbles.
Open the safe, take out the paper.

Light the candle with the matchbox.
Hold the paper over it, note the symbol.

How’s the seed doing? It should have grown into a flower now.
Take a good look at the petals to see a third symbol.
(Well, it took me a looooong time this second time to make that flower grow.
Will have to replay to find out what makes it open up).

Click the three symbols on the panel next to the door.
    And watch ….

  56. Lol - two of the "Three Z's" here. Where's Zazie?

    ReplyDelete
  57. Arrie to the rescue ...

    ReplyDelete
  58. Ssssppppoilersssss
    Ship year : 1- 9 - 10
A peg with one hole and upstanding part.
    The same one on it.
    The one with two holes.
    The one with one hole.

    ReplyDelete
  59. Once you get the brass disks placed correctly, you'll get the vase, and use that to water the plant.

    ReplyDelete
  60. Haven't seen Zazie for a while.
    Hi zoz!

    ReplyDelete
  61. whoa, Arrie posted that walkthrough fast!
@Janet, I don't know where Zazie is, but I'm sure she'll play this one soon. Meanwhile, Zoe and I will represent the Z's.

    ReplyDelete
  62. Of course the missing one right in front of my nose - lol!

    ReplyDelete
  63. left side letters, right side suits.

    ReplyDelete
  64. Janet - change your name to Zanet, and you're in!! And arrie can be Zarrie and Zoberto and Zenny.

    ReplyDelete
  65. This was a fun game and great graphics!

    ReplyDelete
  66. What a beautiful game. Quite lovely to play.

    ReplyDelete
  67. Lol - Zoe - come and talk to us - we have an important question

    ReplyDelete
  68. Note
In every game symbols for panel next to the door, word and code for white door are different.

    ReplyDelete
  69. Aah, zoz, Zanet and Zarrie found this one at Zniffie a little bit earlier, lol.

    ReplyDelete
  70. I want the cake at the end!

    ReplyDelete
  71. That was a nice game. And clues change with every game so it must have been a nice challenge for the maker! :D Thank you, Eric Vaughan!

    ReplyDelete
  72. This is a very nice game and the graphics are quite sophisticated. I enjoy this quite a bit.

    ReplyDelete
  73. What a beautiful game. Quite lovely to play.

    ReplyDelete
  74. Wow, thanks, Arrie! I must be tired, I was trying to lift up everything on the bulletin board, lol! Excellent game with gorgeous graphics...keep up the good work, Eric! And elkwhale, hahaha...I thought those were MY Myst scribblings on that board, too funny!

    ReplyDelete
  75. Btw, yes, this was a great game. Loved it.

    ReplyDelete
  76. Ooh, Missy I wanted that cake too! :)

    ReplyDelete
  77. Oh. My. God. Dancers, fireworks and CAKE?!?! This guy is seriously my new favorite person. ;) And he makes a beautiful, clever, entertaining game to boot!

    ReplyDelete
  78. Lovely game. Nice puzzles and graphics. Hope to see more from this developer!

    ReplyDelete
  79. wow.. Incredibly well made game!
I hope to see more! :)

    ReplyDelete
  80. Excellent game. The only downer was the long wait while scenes loaded. I'd prefer a longer initial load if it meant no pauses during play.

    ReplyDelete
  81. Now I want a tiramisu cake… Love the nod to Myst, the first and maybe greatest of all escape games.
Thank you for the walkthrough, Arrie, or this would have taken me as long as Myst did all those years ago!

    ReplyDelete
  82. Yes, the loads were long, but no commercials!! We probably sit through longer on most of these games.

    ReplyDelete
  83. OUTSTANDING ON EVERY LEVEL, !

    ReplyDelete
  84. what an awesome game...once you get pass the 1st puzzle, the rest is a little easier...Thanx Arrie for the assist!!!
This kinda reminds me of the Gotmail games!!! I miss those

    ReplyDelete
  85. Most excellent game!!!

Been quite a moment since I've last played an escape game of THAT quality!
Haretoko and Neutral come to mind. (Eric, you may take that as a praise. :))

    Superb.
Needed help with the letter code you have to take from the picture and the beautiful zodiac mermaids.

Rest was doable...considerig that you have to have A LOT OF PATIENCE with the plant!
Funny in hindsight that I always ran around to find some more water, because I was sure it'd need more! ;) (even tried to get water from the fish tank, HAHAHA)

    A true masterpiece.

    ReplyDelete
  86. P.S. Water from a fish tank? Would be so Tesshi-E...(or from a cheap-looking, ugly plastic bottle, in old games)

    ReplyDelete
  87. Great, owner's bandwidth exceeded!! Seriously???????

    ReplyDelete
  88. judged too soon. went back and it was not slow at all and verry good

    ReplyDelete
  89. What a gem this game was! I played the alternative link posted by ps238principal due to that bandwidth thing and everything went smooth.

Outstanding graphics, sounds, ideas, puzzles, and so on. Of course I needed help, so thanks to everyone here.

And thank you Eric. We all want more! Six stars although I can only rate five.

    ReplyDelete
  90. Nice

  91. Great game, enjoyed it. Like to see more of this developer.

    ReplyDelete
  92. Wonderful game! Shame about the bandwidth problems but maybe that's an indicator of how good this game is? Unexpected traffic?

    ReplyDelete
  93. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much! I play so few games now - can't stand the cookie-cutter ones. Been there, done that. What a treat this game is.

    ReplyDelete
  94. Having a 509 bandwidth issue as well, would love to play, will check back periodically and see if it changes.

    ReplyDelete
  95. Well, it seems the excellent nature of this game brought the server to its knees. :)
It's like a run on stock market...

    ReplyDelete
  96. LOVED the game, but my door never opened at the end!

    ReplyDelete
  97. Elsie is a red herring. The drawer with the liftable bottom is not a drawer, it is the card box number thing on the desk. In addition to the drawing on the cork board, the fortune cookie paper also gives another hint. Never used square hole puzzle to right of kitty cat.

    ReplyDelete
  98. My watered seed to a long time to sprout. Looking out the window with the binoculars might have been a trigger??

    ReplyDelete
  99. Played the game 2 times and waited at the end...nothing. Then I used the link posted by Kajamira and finally the end! What a great game...challenging puzzles but no to challenging, graphics were amazing..a really nice game...I loook forward to playing another by this game designer!

    ReplyDelete

  101. The door is not opening at the end :-(

    ReplyDelete
  102. played twice but the door never opened - still a beautiful game.

    ReplyDelete
  103. what happens when the door opens???

    ReplyDelete
  104. played game on another site and doors opened!!!

    ReplyDelete
  105. Played the game 2 times and waited at the end...nothing. Then I used the link posted by Kajamira and finally the end

Hmmm. Perhaps the versions of the SWF (Shockwave Flash file) are not identical? (one older, one newer, likely to be the one with the needed bug fix)

    ReplyDelete
  106. Amazing game! Thank you! Can't wait to play more :)

    ReplyDelete
  107. Excellent game! Thank you so much! I want more!

    ReplyDelete
  108. A very, very good game.

    ReplyDelete
  109. Could it be that this was the very first escape game of this guy? I can't seem to find any indication that he had any more games than this one - and if it's true, it's more than amazing. Coming up with this great a game on your very first try... remarkable.

    ReplyDelete
  110. Great graphics and great potential.

    ReplyDelete
  111. Nice game, even though I struggled to work out the symbol on the flower petals.

    ReplyDelete
  112. Fantastic game - ending took ages to load (playing on Chrome) but we need more games of this standard! Great graphics, puzzles were challenging but logical. Really good stuff!

    ReplyDelete
  113. If this was this guys first effort, then he could be the next Tesshi-e or Tomatea. Great game. Could have been slightly more challenging if the changing noticeboard clues were not quite so obvious? Nevertheless, 10/10.

    ReplyDelete
  114. Great game. Graphics were outstanding and the logic of the puzzles was solid. Looking forward to more from this author!

    ReplyDelete
  115. Is there any mirror for this game where every scene doesn't take 234789 years to load? Based on the glowing reviews, I really want to play this, but not if I'm going to have to plod my way through every frame. It's slower for me than the slowest Inka has ever been!

    ReplyDelete
  116. On statutes I think it is 2 front ones facing forward and the one between them facing backward.

    ReplyDelete
  117. On statues press all except the three.
