Easy until you get to the barrels. Language is a HUGE barrier

Look to the wall in the view of the tires to do the other locker
Get the driver handbook from the car
Get the box from the trunk
Take the box to the locker
Wipe the barrels, get the letter code. The letters are in consecutive groups of 3; the answer spells a word
Get the key for the toolbox, get a bolt cutter, take the wrench
This is the only troublesome part. Find the symbols on the board in the driver handbook and note the shapes of the signs.
Insert the circle, triangle, diamond shapes (you've been finding and collecting them, right?) and click them in the order indicated
