  1. Thanks, Amajeto. But my birthday is in one week. (:

Got tripped up on the presents/4-color clue, as there are usually two ways to interpret it. If it helps, the first color to input will be the third present on the shelf.

Also, my last puzzle piece was next to the cake. It is not really that hidden, so I am not sure why I overlooked it.

  5. where is hint for picture that moves on the wall please?

  6. @Tiny, the iPad that has the 4-color clue can be clicked on to show another clue, in this case for the wobbly picture.

  7. Ahh, yes, thankyou Seraku. And happy early birthday!

  8. Like those but would love a new TomaTea as well. That colour hint is one of the oldest tricks in escape games, and it's got me a thousand times (I remember some SD asylums), of course today too.

  10. I don't understand the 4 color clue .....why yrgb ?
explain please , thank you !

  11. @kikidi, no problem.

As I mentioned, these kinds of clues typically have two possible interpretations, depending on what is being numbered. Often, we assume the numbers apply to the puzzle, so that what is labelled "1" means the first input of the puzzle. If done this way, the clue would mean that the left-most present would be the 3rd color to input.

In this case, the numbers are for the presents, with "1" meaning the left-most present. As such, the clue then tells us that the first color to input is the color of the 3rd present.

    Hope this helps.

  13. The explanation is as muddy to me as the clue. I am not enjoying this game as much as I usually do the Tomatea ones.
What are the flashing lights a clue for? I thought the right side end table but it doesn't work?

  14. ok, after doing the same clue over and over again on the end table if finally opens??? Very frustrating game!

    ReplyDelete
  15. @Jenny, Flashing lights should be the order to press the buttons on the left-side table, if I recall.

  16. @Jenny, here is a visual depiction of what I was talking about with the color code:

  18. I can't understand what the order is for the picture corners. It isn't apparent to me from the clue on the ipad.

  19. @cyndee43, the clue should be a set of L shapes. Start with the left-most one and work to the right.

  20. Thanks, Seraku, I was just stuck with the colors like an idiot, could not remember that I've been in the same situation many and many times before. Next week I'm probably wondering again, why the colors don't work, seems to be correct etc. Need to put a yellow note to the screen corner.
