«The game is totally playable by anyone, but understanding Japanese helps with the plot and kind of hints about the other endings.»

  3. STORY
    cit.
«What I think the story means: I guess the Demon King wanted to die and planned to summon several heroes by faking he was the true king, so one of them could become his successor (which you've achieved after the bomb exploded).»

  4. DIALOGUE
KING: Glad you could make it Hero, although you couldn't refuse anyway.
Cutting to the chase, I have a request for you. Help me please.
As you can see, there's a bomb in my body. When I woke up, it was already planted on me and, as a courtesy of the Demon King, a letter came with it.
    «Beloved King,
I planted a bomb on you while you were asleep. Te-he ~
This bomb won't be disarmed unless you solve all puzzles.
    There's only 1 rule.
You must let the Hero solve them.
    I wish you luck»
As you can see, we need to do something before the bomb explodes.
If you can make it, I'll return to your home safely.
The puzzles are those chests laying around.
    I'm counting on you.

  7. Don't understand what I have to do in the 3×3 puzzle with tiny RGB swords and faces. Found some logic for me, but it did not work.

Seems like an interesting game, too bad it's timed, starting later again. Actually, I like to start over, because I love the intro music, but not so much the music during the gameplay.

  8. didn't have the time yet to continue playing
    (very busy these days...)

at b chest, I think you need to eliminate all monsters in the grid, as I had the grid full, but nothing happened...
although I run out of time, as I wasn't able to eliminate the very last monster...

thx for creating this game, Cheap ☺

  9. ENDING-1
Time runs out - BAD END.

    DIALOGUE
Time ran out but the bomb did not explode.
    ...
So you are of no use as well. It's a pity.
Then, which hero should I summon next?

    «’What are you talking about?’
And before I processed those words, I heard a sound of a sword being pulled behind me.»

  10. AΩ, yes, this puzzle was about cleaning the field, I solved it, but I meant the next one with 3×3 grid.

  11. btw, I don't like timed games, either
(mayhaps that's why the game get so low ratings...)

& as for me, I like the tune in the game more than the intro one (well, tastes are different)

  12. ENDING-2
You enter the correct 4-digit code on the bomb - NORMAL END.

    DIALOGUE
    Oh! Thank you.
I'm a little nervous that I failed again.
And congratulations, you are the first one to solve the puzzles.
As the true King remains intact, you're going to be returned home.
Hm? What's with that strange look upon your face?
    ...
    It's time to go.
Well then, I'll go play with the king of another country.
    Bye bye!

«I solved the puzzles and difused the bomb.
It seems I can return to my original world.
    But… ‘the true king’?
Who the hell was that person in front of me?
I don't know, but I felt that another path opened up.»

    ReplyDelete
  13. btw, really annoying that the game doesn't have a save function...!

  14. ENDING-3
Wrong code for bomb that kills the Demon King - TRUE END.
(I guess you need to see all the notes for it to work and/or perhaps have cleared the game on Normal End beforehand).

    DIALOGUE
    Oh, you did it...
    «Detonation in progress. 10 9 8...
    Somehow, the King was laughing.
A guard that was always close by stood up, called me and said in a small voice:
‘You did well. Let's return you to the place you belong.’»
