    yes you have to combine the rag with the chloroform and use it when he/she is distracted, in other words that means DONT RUN or he/she will get you!!!

    You have to go behind the metal barrels which are the closest to the guy. When he stands with his back to you, WALK behind him and with the chloroformed rag in your hand press ACTION.
