Nice puzzle. Found the wires to be a bit tricky, not sure if they're buggy, or it's just me.
I couldn't figure it out, can anyone throw some hints?
right: XTZ
left: push 4/8/4 and red button
got wires worked out, can't figure the light squares
Left chessboard is turned left and this is reverse of the bottom one.
Squares:
Turn the reference board 90 degrees clockwise. Light the red lights to match the white squares on the reference board.
Wires:
Use the hint from the squares puzzle to find the missing color (example: orange + yellow = red).
Numbers:
Ten spaces per line, nine different digits per line. One digit repeats per line.

Red Blue Yellow Orange
red & blue = purple
blue & yellow = green
yellow & orange = red
