Well... I've got a shirt, a reel under the boxing doll (?), and a grey piece (maybe a pin), from above the air conditioned (by clicking and drag, move the shelf for it). Now stuck).

after opening the safe, get the pliers and use them with the pin, getting a hook. Put the hook with the reel, and grab the key with that. The key opens the door. But... I still don't know what to do with the ball

Well... I just re-started the game, and now I've got the yellow jar, instead of the pliers. And the pin is already in the shape of a hook...

I actually used the yellow jar on the piece of metal, which coated it with something. I then used the thread with it, forming a hook with which to get the key from the crack in the floor.

Sometimes u have pliers and others you have the yelow jar. In both cases you can get the key!

You can still get the key if you have the yellow jar. Use the yellow jar with the piece of metal, then use the thread with the coated piece of metal.
My... it depends if you got the pliers or the yellow jar. If you got the pliers, put the pin in evidence, then drag the pliers to the pin, forming a hook. After that, put the hook in evidence, and drag the reel to the hook.
With the yellow jar is the same.. just change it for the pliers.

I'm guessing we need to use the exercise machines in a certain order so we can get stronger to open the box or the egg or the door. Or something like that. But clearly the answer lies in the black book...

I don't have a ball. I used the hook to get the key, put the key in the door and it disappeared but nothing happened. Now, I am stuck with nothing but a screwdriver and don't know what else to do.
I have unlocked the door, done all the exercises and fixed the bar but can not find a ball. Where is it? I tried holding the shirt above the bin and the bin ate it.
Never mind, I found the ball but am still stuck.
The book is about how to pass an interview, I think? But towards the end, it gives how many reps for each exercise and the only one I can understand is 3 sets of the rodeo horse thing. So I think you have to do the exercises in order and by sets before you can escape. I give up!
Get T-shirt.
Throw towel and T-shirt into clothes hamper.
Get driver.
Open panel with driver to get paste.
Slide bookshelf to right to get twist of paper.
Blow blue thing some times to get string.
Repair bar with driver.
Read black book. It says...
Do 2 push-ups
Do 2 leg ups
Make 3 sit-ups
After doing that, open a box to get transformation eyeglass.
Firm twist of paper with paste and hook up string to pull in key.
If you slided bookshelf front and got capsule, will see better
ending.

Use it on the hook.
Use the reel on the new item.

Fix the bar with the screwdriver
go back in font of the bookcase.
Clic on the left you will see a hole on the floor. Grab the key inside with the string. You can use the key but you can't go out now.

- 5 times push up (carpet)
- 5 times legs up (bar)
- 3 times sit up (on the table)

- 2 push up
