Happy Pill 1 is another challenging and funny puzzle game from Pizmo Games. In this game you have to click to place your pill. Aim and click again to fire. Try to hit every frowny head and make it happy, but no more than three times or it's lights out. Good luck and have fun!

Yes, I did poorly , I could not aim easily and just gave up...lol...overmedicated!!!!!

Aiming this is a lot like pool, isn't it? I can only play pool if somebody tells me how to shoot. Even though you guys are live, I'm gonna find another one.
