I hate timed games. Giving up already, keep running out of time.
It's not really timed. You just have limited moves as each moves takes up time. You can think as long as you want to.
The only thing I managed to do is to turn left once - pick up all the items (each pick up takes time) turn to computer and plug the cord. But now I'm stuck.
That's all I've done too. Think I'll pass.

what cigarettes? All I see in kati's post except the word walkthrough is gibberish.
And as for the cigarettes - maybe it's the red box on the shelf when you turn left once.
You can find the cigrettes between the display and the computer, klick just over the desk.
