Hey Tosca, finally a new game after the problems loading the GOLD CROSS.

Happy eastern all....

Hi, has anyone deciphered the crossword puzzle yet ?

aww phooey! I think page 3 of the green book is clues for solving the puzzle on page 2.. and I can't read it waaaaah!

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 8:52 AM

The consequense for the colours is behind the table with the lamp on it

I've found a dark blue balloon, cutter, red box and bottle with x marked on it. Any suggestions for the clock?

..oh and also a coin

There is a piece of money at the door.

Thanks full Happy Easter. It's also possible to click on the clothes/hat stand but I can't do anything there.... :(

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:01 AM

Yes, it´s strange. If you click the top it shows you the bottom

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:02 AM

And although the arrow changes into a hand, there´s nothing on the television neither

Do you have the code on the ballon A=1, B=2, C=3 ????

whats that green thing....?????

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:07 AM

Dono, but it´s broken

The green thing is to be combined with another item you have

Jazzy where did you find the blue balloon and bottle pls thanx

and i dont know where to put the key either..... man! :)

So far I've gotten a cutter, a blue wire (used), a green crimpy thing? (used), a key, a red box, what looks to be a blue balloon, and a coin.

Can't solve the crossword without being able to read the clues :(

Cant effect tv, hat stand, light switch, or safe in book case, yet :)

Where did you find a bottle jazzy? or is that what I think is the balloon?

Make a key with the spring

the bottle was in the safe and has an x marked on it, the dark blue thing is a ballon to be combined with what u have already. Try clicking on the key several times to change it.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:12 AM

tnx Jazzy

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:13 AM

the balloon seems to disapear, but you can see it again by clicking the x-bottle

I have a hand which appears upon CLOCK, TV, and CLOTHES STAND and I still can't do anything :(

yeah..... really weird....

thanx jazzy but where is the blue thingy ???????

woot thanks Jazzy!

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:16 AM

The only tjing that doesn´t dissapear (after using it )is the knife.....?

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:18 AM

Cutter i mean

deb, it's in the other safe by the tv. You have to created a key out of objects in your inventory.

so u probably need it again.... but for what??? if i only could read japanese....... :(

I have a feeling that the crossword puzzle gives you the code to this red box, but I don't know the language. Anyone out there that can read the clues?

Deb, the blue balloon is in the safe in the wall. You must combine two objects together to be able to open it.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:19 AM

what do you use the yellow/grey/black thing on (cutter)? Anyone figured out puzzle or opened safe in bookcase yet?

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:20 AM

The crossword is very easy

If you know Japanese ofcourse ;.)

Looking at the book page 3, it appears that the top section is clues to solve the downward part of the puzzle and the bottom section is for the across part of the puzzle. Anyone able to translate that?

Ohhhh, so sad, it's impossible to decipher the crossword without being able to read/speak japanese waaaaaa.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:21 AM

long live power of posting and I found the red box :P

it´s really tricky...... it looked so easy at the beginning.... but nahhhh..... lol

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:24 AM

5
3
1
x
6
x
x
2
x
x

??

Such a pity. Maybe there are different endings to this game because you can get out already with crossword puzzle password but the items section has lots of empty spaces, and there are still clickable areas.

yeah full, thats what i got so far... and have absolutely no idea whats next...

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:27 AM

hint on how to open the safe in the bookcase, please?

You can open the bottle with the coin, then use your balloon with the opened bottle and it will give ya a code.

Going to have a try again at loading goldencross game. Good luck everyone. Don't forget the password is in letters.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:31 AM

Haha, we have a language barrier on a crossword with numbers, lol

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:32 AM

what to to with the key from the sofa?

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:33 AM

Shuchúúúúúúúúúúún!!!

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:34 AM

Highlight the key and take it´s cover off, than use it om one of the safes

the password to get the key to the door is 10 letters (a composed word) and will have to wait for Shuchun to explain why 'cause doesn't mean anything to me in English. LOL

i;m still struggling to combine objects to make a key any tips pretty please !!!!!!!!!!!!

full, how did u work out 5, 3 etc. pls ?

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:39 AM

thanks, much appreciated

Combine the blue spring and green thingy to make a key to open the other sfae with.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:40 AM

Deb, combine the spring with that green broken thing, you´ll get some piece to open the safe

Deb, have u looked behind sofa and at the lamp ? Combine things....

Jazzy, when you look at the puzzle in the green book, some of the numbers are colored. The 5 was red, the 3 was yellow. On the side of the lamp table is a sequence to show you what order those colors go in. To get the other numbers for the remaining colors we have to solve that blasted puzzle lol :)

thankyou sooo much x

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:48 AM

I did all myself, hoorah - but now I'm waiting the clever one's for the password...! :-)

Yes, thanks Queeny, I started like that too. I have the password to get out and have replayed three times to see if I can pick something else up but the way I deciphered (just like full and you) doesn't lead me to the answer....

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:51 AM

Do we need this : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_numerals ?

I just looked in the dictionary. There are no English words that start with eca. None. There goes that theory. LOL

LOL escapegamer...do we need this ....SHUCHUN where are you...!!! I'm willing to go to Japan for a year to learn japanese if u pay the ticket ;)

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 9:59 AM

jazzy - just wanted to help a bit befor steeling the solution LOL

One word : ecash =internetmoney

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:02 AM

Tosca - three letters to much! :-)

What about "escapegame" - 10 letters LOL

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:02 AM

( partial ) walkthrough:
-turn left
-pick up coin at right-bottom of door
-turn right twice, zoom in at the drawers, open top drawer for a cutter, click bottom part of lamp for a spring
- click right, than back of table to find a consequence of colours
- zoom out , click left part of sofa to find a green broken something
-zoom out, click the sofa again so you see only a red screen, use cutter to get a red code-box
-zoom out again, and now click at the middle of the sofa to find a key
-turn left, highlight the key and take a part off, you hace now a key
for blinds (?)
- zoom in at the safe in the cupboard, put the key in the vertical slot, open safe , get bottle
-right twice, highlight spring, combine the green broken thing on it to get a tool
- use this tool at the other safe under the window to get a balloon
-highlight the bottle, open the tap with the coin and than put the balloon on the bottle
-the balloon says; A=1 etc
- go left twice, click on left book, open it to see a crossword on page 2 and 3

Stuck, to be followed. pop

NOPE... LOL

Awww, c'mon escapegamer Japan's not that far from Europe.... I'm going to give up finding the logic of the password (which isn't proper English in my point of view) I don't want to spoil the fun for everyone by just giving the password, so I'll be around while waiting (STILL!!!) to load goldcross properly.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:06 AM

Well - jazzy - then I think I'll go and prepare dinner for my husband meantime :-)

An clean my dirty keyboard as well... :-)

has anyone got on goldcross yet

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:06 AM

Apreciete that Jazzy, but come back soon , like RIGHT NOW for example!!!!!

Are we at least on the right track, Jazzy? My brain hurts...

Nope Deb, been trying on and off for two hours. The password is...
... a virtuous girl + what you do from Nine to Five.... go figure why.......

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:11 AM

Maybe a hint Jazzy, i don´t see the logic in the ( coloured)numbers 1 to 6 with letters

Hey everyone!
Does anybody know how many characters the password for the red box needs?

I have absolutely no credit for this password, it was given by another gamer who is........... Japanese, therefore this game was a bit of a stinker, a pity.

I tot shuchun can onli read chinese and not japanese? and i can read chinese yet i duno how to solve the crossword? HAHAs :x
i tink we're spose to insert some japanese word. the onli crossword i noe how to do is the first one which is 西 lol

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:14 AM

So the last part is what you do from nine to five, let me see ; NOTHING?

Jazzy -
Virtuous girl = 6 letter word?
Nine to Five = 4 letter word?

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:19 AM

Flatten... Shuchun is Chinese but he knows Japanese quite well. ;.)

Sorry full, I tried translating this afternoon hiragana to english then realized I should maybe have tried kanji It's too hard for me

pcherie....YES !!!

hey jazzy, I need a little more help I'm affraid. I can't think of a synonym for virtuous girl... At least none that works. Maybe 'cause I'm not a native english speaker.

LOL Full see how good I am at Japanese... thought Shuchun was Japanese :) LOL

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:26 AM

I don´t even know what virtious means, haha

I'm out!!!! Only because of Jazzy. Thanks! You're right - no idea how one would come up with that given the clues (unless they know the language)

By the way - been playing on this site for a long time, but you guys usually get here and finish before me, so I've never posted. Thanks for all the help!

noor which language do you speak I can (maybe translate for u) but obviously not into japanese LOL

pcheri -

i've tried 'virginwork' and 'chastework' - neither one work - hint please??

@ full: LOL

1. Having or showing virtue, especially moral excellence: led a virtuous life.
2. Possessing or characterized by chastity; pure: a virtuous woman.

hey Jazzy,
I understand what virtuous means, I just don't know another synonym then virgin. And that one doesnt work.
But tnx anyway

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:33 AM

Virginwork, ha ha ;.)

Not trying to give it away too easy, but think less of "virtue" and more of what an un-married woman in say, Robin Hood's time might be called.

pcherie - got it and out!! Thank you!!

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:35 AM

Tnx Noor !

Thanks Pcherie, I'm out.

Noor, in french jeune fille virginale starts with an "m" and ....wanna play goldcross waaaaa

phewwwwwwwwwww

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:37 AM

i,m out yippeeeeeeeeeee i can have my tea now .

@jazzy, thanks to you too!

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:41 AM

one by one you seem to get out , don´t let me stay here with that virgin, heééélp

by the way thanx to you all

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:47 AM

@kingman , i did, but the first thing i see is:a whole lot of fun for girls ages 6-12. Etc.

This comment has been removed by the author.

c'mon "full", think of knights saving m..... ;) and also "kingman" sometimes I can start playing goldcross but certain zoom-in areas stay blank for me

hmmmmmmm ... must admit i typoed it when i searched .. and the second return held the answer lol

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 10:52 AM

Yééháá, found the key, OUT
Thank you Tosca, life-saver

First of all, happy Easter and Resurrection Sunday.

Second of all, I'm stuck. I've got a boxcutter and a beaker with a balloon over it with a formula of some sort.

I cannot decipher the crossword puzzle in the green book.

Any steps to take as to what to do next?

@Shannon look for the red box in the red sofa with the cutter. Then you need the password

Thanks Tosca. Will do.

Okay....a virtuous woman and what you do 9 to 5....looked through all the comments.

And I guess chastity and virgin don't work in the password prompt.

Alright..here i go..:D

another game posted..got three going..lol

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 11:11 AM

Jazzy, What is asked in the crossword puzzle? How are the numbers 1 to 6 and the 10 colours in the puzzle related to the pasword?

I´m out, ok. But i would like to know how and why?
Thanks for your help along the way, everybody else too, Happy eastern all

I'm going to work on this later. Happy Easter all. Gonna go for a walk and come back to get ready to go to a party at my aunt's house.

God bless!

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 11:15 AM

Have fun, Shannon

Full, I would also like to understand the password too. As I posted before earlier on in the comments, I did not find the answer it was found by another gamer.

       Anonymous  3/23/08, 11:43 AM

That´s right Jazzy, i hope someone will come with an explination.
Have a nice evening and see you in a next game, ciao

anyone know what code is for red box..

its maidenwork merc

oh for crying out loud..

password is maidenwork..

for the red box..

Oh thanks anyways Kingman..lol

@Full there is an explanation. Something with MIRAHAN (japonese), Look at Nordinho.Page 6, i think. I didn't understand any of it.

At first, you must solve the Japanese crossword
puzzle.

Pick up the colored letters, then rearrange the
order of them according to the color sequence.

もちにしいみてらすの

The baloon says,
A=ち
B=こ
C=そ

Now, look "JP" keyborard carefully.
Kana and alphabet letters should be stamped on
a same key cap. Convert the letters to
alphabets.

MAIDENWORK

It's hard to decode without having Japanese
keyboard, even if you understood Japanese language.

Thanks for the walk through hanahanahnyan.Could not have solved it without your help.
Wish escapegames24 the best of luck. And i hope some more Japanese people join in.
