Bit of a language barrier, but not too bad until further into the game. Be ready for a long intro.
The gist of it is the process that goes into the production of oolong tea. Interesting AND educational! Haha.

Had to take a short break but I'm done! Very interesting.
After prepared the tea following all the steps ( stated at the back of the rock at the beginning ) , open the book found inside hut and click the white wordings insider. It brings me to a website showing all the steps to prepare a cup of oolong tea with all the 5 pieces equipments. Then I guess we should use the water in the basin with turtle to prepare the tea.
Stucked at the teapot in the hidden drawer between the two cupborads, as i don't know how to move panda .. any clues ?
Also found a jig zag of the FuJian province in China ( where oolong is produced )
bashfog , you don't need fire as you will find the electric kettle behind the big blue china vase on the left of the turle basin .

I'm done, it was not too difficult, beatiful graphics, but all this for tea .....
On the right side of the cupboard that faces the other cupboard, there is a door. Use the key to open it and there is a panda inside.

I believe you have to complete the map emblem on the cupboard. Find the missing piece. (Hint: it's not that far from the cupboard itself).
I think you need to use the small wooden piece shaped like a chinese province (found above cupboard) on the wooden map before you get bowl back. Or maybe you need to have all other items before, I'm not sure.
Is it the chest with plack thing on the front or the other one.I open the top of the other one an got napkin and something else. I tried rebooting but no go.

You don't have to open the other cupboard (with the map emblem).
Done. found 2 teapots , 2 cups , tea can , a tea -spatula and a electronic kettle. Follow the steps in the web site pointed from the book will finish the game.
A very good lesson to learn how to drink oolong ( a.k.a Kungfu tea - it means it takes lots effort to prepare just a cup of it :O )

you also need a box thing found under the tea baskets
to collect tea you must click ahead and then when you reach the area with two arrows pointing left and right click on one and then click on the rows of tea to pluck out the tallest tea leaf, total of 4 from 4 rows of teas,
how do i get the box thing from under the basket?
First time posting but been playing for a few months now. Love these escape games. This is also the first one I've completed without help of a walkthrough.

I clicked the basket but theres no box under it. Is there another basket i'm suppose to be clicking?
when you get inside the house to the right of the bench by the door is a rack of round wicker baskets. one will move up when you click it and the little box/tray thing is there.
how do you enter the house?
did you collect the tea leaves from outside? if you have just keep going up the road toward the house. It wont let you in at first. you need to do one more thing outside. if you look under your inventory there are lines (you cant read them) but if you click on the highlighted one it will show you what to do next.
am i the only one who has trouble with the website?

Do you see the tea leaves in the basket after you clicked the tallest leaves? I've clicked on the leaves but theres no leaves in the basket
yes you do see them in the basket in your inventory. Are you sure that when you clicked on the tallest leaves that they disappeard from the screen? also you need to collect 4 of them. If it's still not working you might want to restart the game..could be a clitch..

from what i gather there is a cupboard across another cupboard..and the key is in there..or..u have to make tea..i dont know..not loaded yet..lol..guessing here..almost done though..nice to be able to load this..better load..grr..im at 60%..wait for meee..LOL

i really wanna play these games but they dont work.
have u tried loading it from another website..? sometimes server gets to busy here u have to load it from somewhere else..:( Have u tried "the hood" go there they have it up there..
oh wait a minute..yes..put www in front of that try that also it doesnt show that for me cause its in my fav list..
With gotmail, sometimes it is so busy that you cant get thru....so try later....
im just gonna give up on trying to play any GOTMAIL games cause apperantly they only dont work for me.

anyhoeee, i got stuck at the turtle.. i think there's a connection between the peaches on the turtle that appear and the peaches on the jar, but i don't seem to get any water
i've been able to put the electric device on the table and the jar with peaches, and then i got stuck. no arrows, no actions possible.. frustrating!
had to start allover.
and where is that skip-button for the intro, dammit :p

Hi Mercedes...finished...short game when you get started...the web page from the book shows what you need to find and do...
ok..loads the game again but i hit the link at the bottom of that page and now im rocking...there is an order to this game..have to do one thing at a time to get further..
Great game like every another game of Gotmail! I luv them! But this ona by the way .. was easy .. i mean not so hard like the others...
I am lost I moved the bear I think I have almost everything but is there another key then the gold one. Also how do I get water for the tea pot.
that was a fun game, and bottled some tea for the japanese and language was not a barrier.

Walkthru.......
After intro hit skip. Look at tombstone and then enter tea gardens. Pick four tips from the bushes and go up to the house and put leaves on tray. Get a leaf.
In house get book and look at web page to see what you need to find and do. Process the leaf.
Go right to small table, get scoop and put leaf in tray. Then in wok.
Then in grinder and get key. Go to cupboard for a towel and wrap leaves, then knead on bench. Go to oven and steam leaves. Done...
Watch lecture and now make tea...
Open steamer on oven for cup and jug behind wok. Left to blue jar and get kettle, fill in turtle basin next to it. Get pot from stand.
Now left to two cupboards and go between. Use key and get a panda. Give panda your cup and get teapot.
Look on top of cupboard and get piece and place it on the map on the door. Panda returns and get bowl.
Get box under trays of tea.
Put items on table and make tea.
Put tea in pot with lid. Take lid off teapot and pour in water to warm the pot...now warm everything else. Pour water in jug and that to pour water in cup and then bowl.
Now put some tea in the teapot, add water etc...
cute game..but i didnt think it was that short..Like you can complete it on your own..but I thought it was just nice..perfect..and quiet the task to making tea..lol..really enjoy that cup when you done..:)
Cat; there is an order of things tobe done..for sure..like u will notice that u can zoom in on things when it allows u...at that time..try inventory...something goes there..its not till you have most items that you can zoom in on everything..

2. Take the basket behind the tea bag
3. Click skip on the menu under the main screen
4. Go ahead. Go left and right collecting the leaves of tea
5. Go ahead and put the leaves on the willow. You get a tea leaf
6. Go into the house
7. Click on the book over the table. Clicking on the white words open a window showing the steps to prepare a oolong tea (we will use it later)
8. Go right. Put the tea in the suspended willow tray
9. You will get a spoon under the other willow thing, in the same screen
10. Go right. Put the tea in the ¿pan?
11. Go right. Put the tea into the press
12. Take the key in the same screen
13. Go right three times. Open the first cupboard with your key. Take the linen clothe and the vase
14. Go left twice. Double click on the linen clothe. Put the tea on it and then, put the bag on the bench
15. Go left three times and put the tea on the first steamer over the oven. You will some presentation. Just keep clicking
16. Open the second steamer. Take the ceramic cup
17. Go left three times. Click on the blue vase. Take the electric teapot
18. Zoom out and click on the basin. Click on the electric teapot and then on the turtle. Some picture will appear
19. Go left. take the ceramic tea box with the same graphic that you see in the turtle
20. Go left. Click in between the cupboards. Open the little door with the key. A panda will appear. Put the cup over the panda. Take the wood teapot
21. Click on the top of the second cupboard. Take the little wooden shape. Zoom out
22. Click on the map in the second cupboard. Put the wooden shape on the map. The panda get the cup back
23. Go left twice and click in the middle shelf. Take the tray
24. Go to the oven screen. Click on the “pan”. Take the jar
25. Go to the table and put all the elements to make a tea on it: tray, vase, cup, wooden teapot, electric teapot, tea box, jar, and spoon.
26. Put the tea into the tea box
27. You need to follow the steps to make the tea clicking in this sequence: wooden teapot, electric teapot, wooden teapot, jar, vase, spoon, wooden teapot, tea box, electric teapot (twice), wooden teapot, cup, jar, cup.
28. You will have prepared a cup of oolong tea.
I cant get the key to work on the first cabinet!!! Help please.

seems to be one of their earlier games...
unfortunately, the site from book link wasn't found anymore, so relied to the WT here (as there isn't a VWT either), but some items didn't show up in inventory, although I could use them anyway (e.g. key)
nevertheless the cloth stays invisible for me so can't proceed anymore
OMG, my inventory was cut due to not moving game screen enough to the left side, now I can see all items...! ☻

Knowing Japanese probably helps a lot in this gme. Without it, soon the game turns into a "try everything, click everywhere, and spomething will eventually happen" kind of game - which isn't especially entertaining IMHO.
