why do everybody see this "black and white" sign and i am not tried to loadd the age twice dosen't work . . . please help, iam loosing my patience . . . i am locked in the room )))))

also once u turn the tv on turn it on again with the top left button of the remote and then hit the forward button on the dvd player until you see your code
