Escape 02 - Who am I? is the latest Japanese point and click type room escape game with really cool graphics and developed by K-Style who is also creator of Escape 01. This game is available in both Japanese and English. In this escape game, again you are locked in a room and you try to escape the room by finding items and solving puzzles. so far ive gotten a hook, broom, book and bag
ive got a broom a stick 1 about me item pliers and bag

I had a broom and used it on the light bullb on the celing but nothing happened. I also got a bag, 1 card about you, a wire, and pliers. Did any one find anything else?
can zoom in on carpet but no use

I can't seem to find the bag! I see something on the wall with the grate, which looks like a bag, but I can't take it. Can someone please tell me where the bag is?

I figured out one of the codes, which opened something, which in turn allowed me to utilize the hook. Try stepping through the values of one of the tumblers for a hint...
Still working on a use for the wire. I'm trying it on everything! Haha!

Yup, just noticed the different symbols, etc. for both locks...
emma, hit start on the pink box. Note the order the buttons light up, repeat the pattern and then hit enter.

Orlando, the code I surmised had nothing to do with the Roman numerals, but rather with the nature of the locks and the symbols on the lock's tumblers.

Remember the location of the Roman numerals. If you look at the picture, you will see that the "buttons" on the picture frame correspond to their locations. Click the buttons in the correct order according to the Roman numerals.

The drawer cannot be opened until one of the combination locks is solved.

If you look around the room, you will notice 3 sets of Roman numerals. E.g. II, V and I, III, and IV, VI. Look at the picture on the wall. The 3 "buttons" on the frame correspond to the location of the numerals, press them in the order of I, II, III, IV, V, VI. Then the safe will open.
I have 2 cards, a wire and the bag. But now I'm stuck! Can anyone help me?
I feel like I've used every item with each other and in every location. I'm sure the ONLY thing I haven't done is what I'm missing...
The real key to the room is figuring out the combination to one of the locks.

Diana, you ARE on to something...go through the symbols on the tumblers again, and think about what you can make with them that relates to what you're saying. (I'm trying to provide hints, rather than simply coming right out and giving it away.)

I just got it thanks to a hint. You must open the circular lock before they are useful. Funny, the answer is right in front of you in a way.

Tricky, huh, Diana, but also completely logical. As soon as I saw the lock, it occurred to me, but I discounted it. After much frustration, I decided to give it a try, and to my surprise, it worked.

how can I get to know the numbers of the circular lock?
The code for the circular lock has to do with the nature of the lock itself...
any hints for what to do after that david? i set up the thingy. i have 6/7 cards (everything else used) and have no idea how to open that gate.
There's also a card in the gate you can get.
Alex, look around the room...if you've set up all the items properly, there will be an open passageway.

Totally stuck. Have magnet etc, 4 cards. Assume circular lock is the one with the light going round, brain not functional. Any hints please?
The final card (which was the third card, I think) was above the gate.
The decimal point is critical in opening the circular lock.
The last card said : you need a light & an object. Is this a hint to the gate lock code?

The seven cards together are hints to answer the question, "Who am I?" The answer to that question is the ket to getting through the final gate.

I'm at the gate now and I can't figure out the code, does anyone have any ideas? I think that the "About Me" book might be some sort of riddle but I can't figure it out...

When you read the clues, focus on the "light and dark"...What do you get when you have light, and then a dark area?
At the beginning of the game, the question, "Who am I?" was posed. The seven cards are hints. The one-word answer unlocks the final gate.
I don't know where the goldfish dung comes in, haha.

Thank you so much. And I think that the goldfish dung has to do with some t.v. series? not exactly sure but when i was trying to figure out some sort of clue I found something called Shadow's Back...

I'll start a walkthrough if no one has already.
Please post a walktrough. I was unable to find card no. 7. Could escape though without the card.
Walkthrough:
-Click the plant and get the wire.
-Click under the desk and note the Roman numerals II, V.
-Turn right twice and click the left side of the drawers. Note the Roman numerals I, III.
-Click the pink box and hit Start. Note the order that the buttons light up. Repeat the pattern and press Enter. Get the bag. Now you can hold more items. (If you think of the buttons as a keypad numbered 1-9, the order is 5, 3, 4, 6, 8, 1, 7, 9, 2).
-Open the top drawer and get the pliers and card 1.
-Go right and notice the Roman numerals IV, VI next to the robot.
-Look at the picture on the wall. The 3 “buttons” on the frame correspond to the location of the Roman numerals in the room. Press the buttons in the order of I, II, III, IV, V, VI. The safe opens. Get the card 2, screwdriver, and magnet.
-Go right and get the broom from the robot.
-Go right twice and use the screwdriver on the grate. Get the extension cord and the card 3.
-Go left and use the extension cord on the wall outlet. Click the desk and note the code on the umbrella that the robot is holding (each code is different for each game).
-Go right twice and use the code on the bottom drawer. Get the parts of iron metal.
-Go right and click the black circle on the wall. If you notice that light is “circling”. Think back to your math days and think of pi. Input 3.14 into the lock and press enter.
-Zoom out and notice a panel has been revealed.
-Use the pliers on the wire to create a hook. Zoom in the open panel and get the card 4.
-Click the tube on the left and use the hooked wire. Get the key.
-Zoom out and turn right to the desk. Use the key on the desk drawer and get the card 5, matches, and candle.
-Go left again. Use the magnet, candle, and parts of iron metal on the contraption. Then use the matches on the candle.
-Zoom out and click the ceiling. Use the broom on the robot to drop the card. Then look at the ground and get card 6.
-Turn left (or right) twice and you will see a passage has been revealed.
-Click through to the gate. Get the card 7.
-Read all the clues to the “Who am I?” game. You will come up with the gate password: shadow.
-Enter the password and you’re out!

I was stumped on the picture frame for a bit, even with all the great clues from players.(slow today I guess) so for anyone esle that is stumped: Hit buttons like so:
