There is a code.
When you click on the cushion and than look quickly on the TV, you will see a five digit code. The camera has to point to the cushion.
This code doesn't work for me on the PC.

In one view of the cam I get the edge of something on the screen but no code from clicking the cushion quick look or not...
On another site there is a complaint of lock up when entering code...

jack there are two positions for the camera that view the couch... if your not seeing the code try clicking the camera again for the other position but maintain a view of the couch .. then raise the cousion and look at monitor..

Have the view of the television pink w/no lines visible. Click the right cusion, then quickly to the left, should see a 5 digit number that doesn't work on the computer as of yet.

Ok, it's the wrong view. Click the camera until it's the next left from that view. The tv should be all pink with the occasional line coming down. Then do as before.

No wait. Be quick. The code is written under the cushion.
In the right view of the camera, click the cushion and than as quick as possible, look on the monitor.
There are more views, you can see the sofa, but only one, that let you see under the right cushion.

No change here. My code doesn't work either. Even tried entering it backwards, what it might be if it were written upside down, etc.

You have to put the batteries in the remote. And to do that, you have to have a screwdriver... and to have the screwdriver, you have to have a key... and so on :)

for the first time the code didn't worked for me, so i restarted.
my steps was:
took the blue key (right cushin)
took the remote control (left cushin)
turn left.
from cabinet took the battery and the screwdriver.
left.
used blue key on the pc table.
took the battery and red key.
zoomed on remote fliped him inserted the batteries.
right.
turned the tv on.
right.
clicked on cushin
fast left saw the code.
used red key buttom drawer took the cord.
left
used cord on pc
entered the code from tv
got password corect
left
and out.

DD, you have to have the surveillance tv on..Then you position the camera that it points to the right couch cushion...Lift the same cushion and then very fast go back and look at the sur.tv..You will see your numbers.. Good luck, gotta go..

Walkthrough
open both cushions find:key and remote
Go left look in the drawer find:battery and screw driver
Left again get 1st key use on drawer Find:2nd key and battery
Right use 2nd key on last drawer Find:cablecord
Left again use cord on computer
Right again and put batteries in remote(use screwdriver with) and use on tv
Then go left position camera making it look like its towards the middle then open right cushion quickly go to the t.v and you find code
Go left and type code it will say password correct
Door to the left will open and click....
And your out!!!!

1. go to purple couch.
2. under cushions: blue key and remote
3. go to side of room with computer.
4. use blue key on the cabinet
5. collect battery and red key
6. go to side of room with TV
7. open drawers, collect battery and screwdriver
8. Use the red key on the bottom drawer
9. collect the wire
10. Use screwdriver to open remote, add batteries, turn on tv.
11. here you will need some timing,
there is a camera above the purple sofa. Position it so it looks like its pointing to the screwdriver
12. lift the cushion and move back to the TV screen as quick as you can, to the left. The code under the cushion changes each time, so don't rely on the same code over and over again.
13. go to the computer and use the wire on it. It will ask for the code. Type in the right code and it will open the door. Click on the door and you're out!
