it's not working for me... it starts loading, gets through the add, then i'm staring at a blank notepad page and can't click anything

25 - knock the weight down and try to get the piece of ledge to land with left hand side down and right side up, causing a ramp, aim your doll half way up and let it slide upwards, hope this helps.

Yes I got it. You have to shoot to most to the right on the ramp.
