Uncomplete Walkthrough
1. go to the fuel creation and insert 1 0 1
2. go to the capture voltage and put -13.6
3. go to the virtual domains and insert 15, 15-3, 15-3-1 (keep clicking the square - you need all the buttons to turn green)
4. go to the fusion reactor controls and put temp=3000 and pressure=38100, then mix hydrogen+hydrogen
5. change cause you need density around 150000 and mix deuterium+deuterium
6. again, density around 150000 and deuterium+tritium
7. ???

I just wanted to add some notes to the walkthrough from chiara (she beat me to the walkthrough):
1. when you are facing the virtual domains and you put in the numbers directly pushing the button does nothing, just use the up and down arrows once or twice when you've put in the numbers and then try again.
2. when facing the fusion reactor controls use (temp/prssure):
- hydrogen+hydrogen: 203.100/2.500.000
- deuterium+deuterium: 203.100/1.250.000
- deuterium+tritium: 203.100/1.000.000

just started...Mighty Melvin isn't the only one who's lost and confused!!!!! lol!
Alice: thanks for the chuckle..."death would be better than this game"...echoed my sentiments (or voices screaming in my head) perfectly!!!
dang...just my luck; my uncle has a PhD is Physics and my father taught Science...and my best subject in school was English Lit!!! Oh well...here goes nothing. Thank goodness for the power of posting....well, into the abyss I jump!!!!!

well I'm out and yes...I cheated; without those WT's I would still be randomly selecting numbers!! Thank you Xerth & Chiara!!!
Xerth...I understand how you got the fractions for the 0.75IP, etc numbers...but I'm still working on how you figured out the number 20 you multiplied the fractions by... All in all, I did think this game was kinda neat but I want to understand how to logically figure out the answers! I'm weird that way...sigh!

@irishenigma: I didn't figure it out. As I said in a previous post, I got the first number (15) using trial and error and then tried to put this number in some relation to the numbers written on the board. It worked, but I would like to know the whole story behind the numbers myself. I'm sure I'm missing something because I didn't use the all the information given in the store room.
If you want to more escaping fun, try Escape the Museum 2 game.
OOOOOOOOOo, i'm first and it's my first comment ever :)))
